Item never received and company refuses to do anything. Like many has said, this entire website is likely a Chinese-based scam. Placed an order and just never received it, when asked about it they say it's been too long since I placed the order, so there's nothing they can do. They also told me they're not accepting orders anymore, but I see that their website is still on and totally accepting orders! Basically just stealing people's money and getting away with it, should be prosecuted.
I ordered a small item on November 12. It's January 4. I'm still waiting for it. The website does not tell you it's coming from China (unless you dig deep) - in fact everything was advertised as Christmas gifts which obviously could not make it in time from China to the US -- so it was a big lie.
Customer support sucks. I got two answers back, each saying how long it takes to come from China (that amount of time had already passed) -- now they don't even bother to answer me as they have nothing to say.
The item is obviously lost on a ship from China (or in Customs) - I'm now going to have to go through the pain of disputing this rip off scam on my credit card to get my money back for an item I will never receive.
Summary - Extremely poor customer service, long ship times, cheap trash from China (so I hear) and in my case, the item never arrives.
Don't bother ordering from this place...move on. If you want cheap Chinese stuff -- go to Wish.com; at least you'll get your item.
(PS _- to the folks at Humble Household -- I told you I was going to tell the world how crappy you guys are...so here it is. There's much more where this came from -- why don't you just give me my money back that you stole from me)
Ordered a small item. I had no idea it needed to be shipped from China. I thought this was an American company. I ordered it before December 13. They keep telling me that it is on its way somewhere..... I expected it a long time ago. It is a very small item. I will never buy from them again as I have anxiety over this. Never again.
Merchandise is junk! I ordered a donut bed for my dog in October. I just now got it an it’s so small a hamster could not sleep in the donut part. They also charged me before it arrived. I would have to pay to return it to get a refund! Just threw it away! Junkie way to do business!
I received the wi-fi digital microscope on Monday, October 21st. When I unpacked it, the box, packaging, and directions inside were all very wet. I let everything dry over night and tried to turn it on the next day. It would not turn on, so I charged it. On Wednesday, after charging for 24 hours, the lights would turn on, but the blue indicator light never turned on and and it would not pair with my iphone. After that, it would not turn off again (the LED lights remain on whether it is plugged in to charge or not plugged in). Also, the directions say the red light turns off when it is fully charged. When plugged in, the light remains red, although it goes off when it is unplugged. I decided to try to charge it longer.
Now on Friday, it still does not work. The blue light does not come on, and it will not pair with my iphone.
I contacted customer service multiple times. They asked for a video, which I sent. They confirmed that the microscope was not working, and said they would send a new one. However, now a month later, I have not received a new one, they have not refunded my money, and they have stopped answering my emails.
I would give it ZERO stars if it was an option. These are SCAMMERS, quick to charge your card and slow to deliver. Also, by now I expect the product to be GARBAGE (knowing it comes from China). I am receiving daily SPAM from this so-called "company." STAY AWAY!
Saw on pinterest and ordered on impulse. Waited 4 weeks for arrival. Product is useless and total waste of money. Lesson learned.
Oh no. I had a feeling!! I too have paid for the tooth whitening pen at £30. Still waiting, now into the 6th week and my emails are falling on deaf ears. Dam! Definitely a Scam.
I ordered this Instant Whitening I saw on Pintrest. After I ordered, I went into Trustpilot and saw all the bad reviews. I canceled the order 10 minutes after, which the Company totally ignored, and send the package anyway. Yesterday I received the order, and tried it. What a scam, it does not work at all!!! I hope with this that you check Trustpilot before you order anything from this Company.
I was very sceptical at first because there was no tracking number but I received my product and cant be any happier.a product that is so basic and easy to use.no extra products I would need to get the same results.
After placing an order with HumbleHousehold, my e-mail has been spammed by countless random companies. Many look suspicious and others are just spamming for buisness. My guess is that my e-mail address was sold to these companies. Some are not possible to unsubscribe.
Should have read Trustpilot before ordering!
Waiting weeks for product ordered. Looks to be a scam - more & more.
Very poor quality and so far impossible to return.
