I believe this is fraudulent
I believe this is fraudulent. I emailed the support team to cancel my subscription and it was ignored. Since then I have been charged for an extra two months for software I do not even use.
The main reason I stopped using it is because the so called humanised tool does not work properly. Even after using it, my content was still flagged as AI. That alone feels misleading.
Charging me after a clear cancellation request makes this worse. I am asking for a full refund immediately.
If anyone has advice or can help me recover my money, please reach out. I would appreciate it.

Total Scam – "100% Humanizer" Is 100% Fake
Before purchase: showed "100% humanizer" in preview. After purchase: text still gets flagged as 100% AI — even after running it 5 times. It’s completely broken. Other apps work better after you pay. This one works worse. It’s a lie.
Worst purchase ever. Don’t waste your money. Complete opposite of what was promised.

I tried the free 200-word trial of this…
I tried the free 200-word trial of this humanizer and it worked surprisingly well. The text felt natural, clear, and genuinely improved. Because of that, I decided to buy the yearly unlimited version. Unfortunately, the quality dropped immediately.
The full version produces sentences that don’t make sense, sometimes even turning the tone rude or strange. It also adds random icons and symbols inside the text, which makes everything look messy and obviously artificial. Worst of all, AI detectors now flag almost everything it generates, which defeats the whole purpose of the tool.
The difference between the trial and the paid version is huge, and not in a good way. I honestly regret buying it, because the product I paid for is nothing like what the trial promised. I hope they fix these issues, but for now I can’t recommend it to anyone.

It is the fraud one. Now they have taken money for 1 month and 1 year, and are still showing nothing, and asking for money again to upgrade. I will be contacting the bank tomorrow. I need to cancel this and return my money as it is like fraud.

It requires multiple trials to work
It takes up to five sometimes eight retries to get the right content of your work. Most times it just gives you jargons. I literally have to spend hours proofreading and eventually correct. Few times it gives me the correct content. Also why does it not pass the Ai detection at first instance i have to keep retrying to get 0% detection. Overall its fair just takes too long to accomplish the task.

it completely changes the structure of the text. during humanizing it also destroy the theme of the text which is academic or scientific or a general text of a piece of news.
it was a waste of money and i really want to cancle my subscription and membership. the other disadvantage was the yearly membership instead of monthly and

Big thanks to the creators of Humanizer Pro. I spent SO much time looking for a good affordable humanizer, only to end up disappointed all the time. UNTIL i found this one! I tried it twice and, for now, i can say that it's amazing. Nearly unlimited words, FREE, does't alter the meaning, the text still makes sense, and it actually sounds human to the eye and to detectors (got a 0% AI on Zerogpt both times). Thank you guys! I HOPE there's no catch in the future. This is saving my life.
Edit: They changed it to 300 free words. I'm VERY disappointed.

Nonsensical text filled with random numbers.
Often, the humanizing aspect never reaches 100% when detected by high-precision detectors like "surferseo" and repeated attempts often result in nonsensical text filled with random numbers.
