It's easy to use, intuitive, most of my clients have had no trouble navigating the system - which is native to my website thanks to the crazily easy widget - and I am looking forward to using Humanitix for all my bookings. Onyalie has responded quickly, listened to my explanations and advised a solution. Then she checked if I was able to correct the issue (which I did). She also proposed a solution to the change from Tours to Collections which worked for me very well.

Had payment taken from account without finishing the ticketing process and was never sent tickets, then tried on multiple occasions to get through to them, left messages, sent message on messenger and nothing, no reply, just disgusting particularly as this was for a disabled person who now misses out on this activity. Just disgusting service very very wary.

Amazing customer service that was prompt, genuine and they even created a little video showing me how to do the thing I was doing wrong. Not sure why anyone would use their competitors, these guys are as committed to social justice and good causes as I am and as a NFP organisation have donated $16.5m to charity.

A fantastic platform to sell tickets. The customer support was especially helpful as I made a mistake when creating multiple events, I booked a service call through Google Meet and the agent Daisy was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the platform, she was able to help me correct it in no time, she also followed up with an email giving me more advice and links to other tutorials to help with the check-in of guests on the event night.

Made the switch to Humanitix and am running my 4th event with them now. Ticketing is easy to set up, includes a QR code, and the ability to add a donation field to ticket sales is great. Payouts are fast.
When I had questions, chat was easy and helpful. Emails were answered quickly.
Booking fees are lower than other providers that I used before, and it's nice knowing that 100% of Humanitix's profits are donated to charity. Humanitix is a great example of social entrepreneurship.
Highly recommend.

I am glad they supposidly give back to others but the issues I continually have with not receiving my tickets to events is ongoing. I constantly have to ask for them to be resent to me. It is a real hassle!

We have used Humanitix for our event ticketing for two years now, and have been supported by courteous and concise advice from their team. In most instances their tutorials have answered our questions, but when we have not known where to look - which happened today - they promptly responded in person. Most impressed.

The interface is very intuitive and makes it very easy to set up, manage, and run an event.
When there was a problem I needed assistance with, the chat feature worked great and the tech-support person assisted immediately and was extremely sweet.
