As a host

As a host, I have found their whole system fabulous! It's easy to use, intuitive, most of my clients have had no trouble navigating the system - which is native to my website thanks to the crazily easy widget - and I am looking forward to using Humanitix for all my bookings. I also love that profits are going to worthy causes. My initial free sessions were a way for me to test the quality of Humanitix and the experience of my clients, and I am pleasantly surprised.

The Humanitix team are awsome - I have had some difficulties working my way through all the options - The Humanitix team - especially Karina - have been very patient and supportive. They let me go off and try to set things up and came back and checked a little later to confirm things were now going in the right direction.

Real human beings

When the technology you're using starts to get complicated, it's wonderful to know that you can chat with a real live human being who will take the time to explain, patiently and in detail, how it all works. They go above and beyond to help

They go above and beyond to help! Felt like they actually cared about fixing any issue I had. I had a question about taxes on tickets, and they personally reached out to the RI Tax Department for me to get a definitive answer.

Fast response and solutions.

Onyalie has responded quickly, listened to my explanations and advised a solution. Then she checked if I was able to correct the issue (which I did). She also proposed a solution to the change from Tours to Collections which worked for me very well.

Humanitix was there every step of the way to help me with questions and provided detailed instructions on specific issues that needed assistance. Just no customer service at all

Had payment taken from account without finishing the ticketing process and was never sent tickets, then tried on multiple occasions to get through to them, left messages, sent message on messenger and nothing, no reply, just disgusting particularly as this was for a disabled person who now misses out on this activity. Just disgusting service very very wary.

Once again, we are very, very sorry about the confusing and frustrating experience you had when purchasing your ticket. A rare technical error occurred at the payment step for you, which resulted in an unsuccessful purchase.

We are also sorry for the delay in getting back to you. That was not ok. We have since improved our internal processes and training so we can prioritise resolving similar issues moving forward.

I hope you can see that we are taking your feedback very seriously and being proactive to prevent the negative experience you had from happening again.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service that was prompt, genuine and they even created a little video showing me how to do the thing I was doing wrong. Not sure why anyone would use their competitors, these guys are as committed to social justice and good causes as I am and as a NFP organisation have donated $16.5m to charity.

A fantastic platform to sell tickets + great customer service

A fantastic platform to sell tickets. The customer support was especially helpful as I made a mistake when creating multiple events, I booked a service call through Google Meet and the agent Daisy was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the platform, she was able to help me correct it in no time, she also followed up with an email giving me more advice and links to other tutorials to help with the check-in of guests on the event night.

We are loving this site! it’s been a perfect fit for our ticketing needs. It’s easy to use, has all the features were used to from the other site we switched over from (perfect for our little NFP theatre group)

Happy after switching to Humanitix

Made the switch to Humanitix and am running my 4th event with them now. Ticketing is easy to set up, includes a QR code, and the ability to add a donation field to ticket sales is great. Payouts are fast.

When I had questions, chat was easy and helpful. Emails were answered quickly.

Booking fees are lower than other providers that I used before, and it's nice knowing that 100% of Humanitix's profits are donated to charity. Humanitix is a great example of social entrepreneurship.

Highly recommend.

Daisy looked after my request so quickly, professionally and helped me work out what I need to do next time.

NOT for me

I am glad they supposidly give back to others but the issues I continually have with not receiving my tickets to events is ongoing. I constantly have to ask for them to be resent to me. It is a real hassle!

Fantastic customer service

Reported a system error that prevented us from operating at peak customer service. When Humanitix was notified, they not only found a quick work around that helped us immediately, they worked tirelessly to fix the issue and notified us the moment it was sorted. Fantastic customer service!

Best ticketing platform!

The interface is very intuitive and makes it very easy to set up, manage, and run an event.

When there was a problem I needed assistance with, the chat feature worked great and the tech-support person assisted immediately and was extremely sweet.
