Humanhome.co is an incredibly disreputable business. Do not fall for their nice photos and website. Anyone considering purchasing from them should know that many of their sconce shades are just made of plastic. If they send you a defective product, good luck. When there is an issue with their products, they do not answer their phone or emails or take an unreasonable amount of time to respond. Even after they have approved a return, they do not refund money that is owed to the customer. It has been 46 days since they received the returned item. I have yet to receive a refund despite several attempts to contact them since they received the returned item in their possession. They have unlawfully kept money that is due to me.

Avoid this place, marketing looks nice and whatnot. Their product doesn’t work. I ordered a wall scone and it’s not working. So I email them to request an exchange, I never hear back from them.

Great central location and very clean space. All our needs were prepared and we had everything we could asked. Huemanhome is great host, with constantly prompt replies and sharing very clean and helpful information right up until the booking. The team was very flexible and welcoming.
