The human design cards came poorly…
The human design cards came poorly shipped and the box had crushed in shipment althou the cards were fine.
I looked thru the deck and found mistakes in the gate and center assigned. I also found no contrast reading the gates that were black on a very dark brown background ... very hard to see and read on the cards. I immediately asked for a replacement deck.
I was promised a replacement deck would be sent. That was 4 months ago and no replacement yet.
They have often ignored my email requests and once offered an excuse that they are working on it.
I see they are still advertising on FB and also send me automatic emails to purchase. Why they keep selling a defective product is negligent.
I am beyond being reasonable. The cards were $100. expensive and customer service is horrible.
