My experience in this course was very useful to help me understand the protocols and the point of view of an actual recruiter at his finest. While the tecnical part of the course was detailed and easly digestible, the practical part was also included, not to mention that the lessons are tailored to the student needs based on his background and time of the day availability. i personally thank my teacher Sabrina Di Giacomo for the remarkable lesson quality and patience.

This Master’s program is perfect for high-level training for HR professionals, specifically Recruiters and Talent Acquisition specialists. As a Recruiter myself, I found exactly what I was looking for: an in-depth explanation of all IT and Cybersecurity roles, including the technical requirements for every single position.

It provides a comprehensive overview of the IT job market, covering current client needs, contractual aspects, and salary ranges (RAL). The course includes practical exercises for job ad and CV analysis, as well as hands-on practice for interviews and sourcing. There are currently no other specialized Master's programs for IT Recruiters like this in Italy or abroad. Highly recommended for all HR professionals looking to specialize in the IT sector.

I really enjoyed attending this IT course. I learned a lot about IT roles and positions that I was not familiar with before, and this knowledge will definitely help me in selecting and evaluating IT profiles more effectively.
