Dissatisfied with product and subscription cancellation experience
It wrote a subpar humanized form of my document that I figured I would try for $2. I went to cancel the 7-day trial, and it conveniently tells me "Subscription management will be available shortly" and then just keeps loading without pulling up my subscription info. Wish I had read these reviews first. Seems like a slimy company. I have reached out to them about getting it canceled, but I am not confident I will hear back. I actually just plan on contacting my bank to block all future charges from this scam of a company.
Update:
So they did get back to me, and my subscription was ultimately cancelled. They also reached out to me about my review. I felt like my response to them summarized my experience. Note, I really don't recommend this product.

I have not written many reviews, but I’ve also never had an issue canceling a subscription like I did with HumaLingo. The process created a level of stress that, while it might seem minor, was genuinely frustrating; I am not financially well off. At one point, I felt like I might have to involve my bank just to avoid being charged, which is not an experience I would expect from a legitimate service. Like, I have never gone in to cancel a subscription (for anything) to find that my account "subscription management will be available shortly" (and which also only appeared after I reached out to you). I was actively being prevented from canceling my account. Then when I reached out to your support team, I was told I might have to wait as much as 48 hours to hear back, though to your credit you responded sooner.
Additionally, I did not find the product itself to be particularly useful. I ultimately did not use any of the “humanized” text it generated, as it was not an improvement over what I could achieve with freely available tools.
Overall, the experience left me disappointed, both with the subscription process and the quality of the product. I will revise my review, but, with the exception of my experience with you personally, I was quite dissatisfied with HumaLingo."

Very poor ai detection abilities
Very poor ai detection abilities, will false positive everything. I ran multiple passages that I wrote without any ai assistance and they were flagged as over 90% ai. No other detector flagged these passages. Terrible product, glad I never paid for it.
