Once I paid it took over a week to arrive but that’s not the problem, the problem is that the circumference of the hula is so small it won’t fasten onto a 26 year old size 8. I can share pictures and it’s really affecting my mental health that at a size 14 the Hula is at least 3 pieces too small, I’m disabled with a catheter and Addisons disease and really thought this could help me but it’s left me feeling worse than ever. DO NOT waste your money on this make there’s many others, kind regards Alicia

Like everyone else, broke within 2 months. Sent many emails and they just totally ignore them. No reply, No replacement part sent. Total waste of money. Don't buy anything from this site or you will regret it

Absolutely shocking customer service. Product broke within 2 months and they do not reply to emails. I would definitely not recommend then. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give less than one star I would. Shockingly bad company with a rubbish product that falls apart in a very short time. Don't bother trying to contact them as thay never reply, just throw it in the bin and have nothing to do with crap company ever again

Stay clear of this business. Their website is now down, no phone contact and getting no response from their support email address.

I have sent messages for a return address for my purchase of a Hula which was so difficult to take off, If you have weak wrists or arthritis like me it's a scary struggle trying to get this contraption off again. I tried once and re packed in box messaged Hulas to no avail. Yet they send me 10% off messages.
Is it not an offence to sell without a return address ? Due to the distance selling laws?

Ordered a hula hoop over 4 weeks ago still have not received my order have emailed the company 4 times and still have not got a reply starting to think its a scam

I've messaged 6 times in the past 5 days for a UK returns address. They have completely ignored my requests. Why is this address not online or in the parcel. Is this intentional so they don't have to refund?

Ordered a smart hula on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday evening- so no issues with delivery.
The issue I did have was that the actual smart hula - even with the 2 extra links on it was still too small for me.
Now I don’t consider myself to being a big girl but I needed to order another 2 links so it was big enough for me!
Was absolutely gutted because I was so psyched up to get going with my fitness routine and when it wouldn’t go round my 32” waist I was devastated 😫
I also tried to use their 10% discount code that they had included in the hula box but when I tried to use it I was told it was invalid!
Did email them but no response as yet!

The website stated next day delivery on orders before 3pm. It’s now 4 days later no updates or nothing and no hula hoop. No response to emails either. SCAM!!!!

Avoid this company they'll take your money but you won't get your item, they don't reply to emails either how it's still trading is unbelievable

Ordered item and was expected to arrive 2-3 days and 2 weeks later still hasn't arrived and no responses to emails! No contact number concerned me so did some investigating. Turns out this is a scam. Will be reported and intend to follow this through to stop them doing it.

placed an order on 8/12/22, was told it was delivered to an empty house on 10/12/22, no parcel anywhere to be found and have been ignored since, appalling customer service. Dont waste your money 😡

Unfortunately, I do not have the option to leave zero stars. Order placed and paid for, except 4 weeks later I still have not received the item! I have made several attempts to resolve this via the company’s support centre, but all my communications have gone ignored. Shocking service and even more shocking that a company appears to be able to continue to trade in this deceitful way.

This company is a scam- avoid!

Hula ordered but the spinning weight gets caught on the sides. I emailed asking for a return and refund and was asked to send a photo of the product and the packaging- weird.

I did so, and have now been ignored the multiple times I have got in contact asking for a refund. Customer service isn’t bad, it’s non-existent.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company as it is a total sham. Save your money and go elsewhere! (Really… anywhere).

I ordered a weighted hula hoop from this company in September. One of my wheels fell off a couple of weeks ago and I emailed them about it and also sent a photo. They emailed back asking for a short video of the issue which I provided even though I thought the request rather strange. It was obvious what the issue was by looking at the photo! No response since and I’ve emailed 3 times but they seem to be totally ignoring me. So rude! All I was asking for was a replacement flexible axle (the thing with the wheels on). Avoid this company as they don’t seem to care about their customers. They don’t even deserve one star for this review! I’ve since ordered another hoop from a more popular brand as I couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer.

Do not purchase from this company. They sent me a different product from what I ordered. They are not even offering an exchange or a full refund.

Didn’t even want to leave them one star. Absolutely shocking customer service, had my smart hula two months when one of the wheels fell off, rang them to replace it and first got told it’s over 30 days since I purchased so nothing they could do. I emailed to say that it’s covered under a one year warranty as advertised on there website I then received an email saying they would sort it and to send pics of the problem to which I did, but since then no reply they just ghost you. Save your money and do not buy anything from this company
