We bought a car here 2,5 years ago. As a garage, we pay netto + deposit of the VAT and get the VAT back as the car is imported in the Netherlands. 2,5 years later, we never got the deposit back!
The salesman, Kastriot Maloki, refuses to pay back the deposit.
For all our collegues: Watch out with doing business with this dealer!

I ordered an autoabo deal for an advertised “new car”. The delivery was 3 weeks. The car took 8 weeks to be delivered and when it arrived, it was not a new car, but a used one!! Despite many emails and calls it took 2 weeks to get a reply saying yes they made a mistake, but as I accepted the car it’s my fault and they won’t even discount the price I have paid. I am contacting my lawyers. Avoid at all costs!!! Awful company
