I ordered the product last year of November 2025, but just recently opened and use it (Jan 2026) , unfortunately I was not satisfied due to its not working right including the remote. So I emailed the support and they quickly responded my concern by offering me a 50% refund instead of returning the product to a foreign county that will cost me a hefty postage fee, since they will not shoulder it. Plus I will keep the product though it’s no use at all since it’s not working. Anyway, I still appreciate for the 50% refund they offer. Thanks Hugtera

This company is a scam. I bought without doing the proper research and I will do everything I can to help others not make the same mistake. Their website advertises an American address and a 60-day return policy, but fails to mention that returns must be shipped to Belgium! When we initiate a return, we learn the truth. To save us the high international postage, they oh so generously offer to refund 30%--and we get to keep a product that doesn't even help (in my case, anyway). It is the most sleazy business dealing I have had in decades! Learn from me and others...and delete this website immediately.

I ordered the device as I was having 2 different issues with my back - also ordered the extension belt. I used it for approximately a month and while it felt really good it wasn’t enough for me and my condition. I contacted support and they were very prompt and professional and worked with me on a refund that included allowing me to keep the belt - thank you!

I've had neck pain on and off for decades. The neck massager helps prevent pain when I use it at night before bed and when I first feel neck pains coming on. The charging chord began to fray and I reached out to the company to purchase a new one. They sent me one at no charge.

I have had positive experiences with this brand in the past. However, I recently bought my son a neck massager for Christmas. It was expensive ($140.00) but worth it, I thought. The massager arrived and does not work. It will not take a charge. I contacted customer support as suggested in their materials, and they told me to send a video, which I did promptly. However, I never received a response from them after that. I contacted them at the same address 3+ times, tried calling them, and tried another address. Nothing. I will be contacting BBB next. Do not spend your money on anything from this company.

I ordered and used the product. It wasn't as strong/impactful as we thought it would be, however, it's comfortable enough to use at times. The remote didn't work for which Hugeterra is providing a 50% refund (product can be used manually).

The products that arrived were very high quality, came with headache patches and gummies. The belt was very well made. I had to get extra straps because I have a big belly but it’s very good and the company customer service was very accommodating with me once I explained what I needed to make it work. It heats well and massages too. The charge port is usb-c so your iPhone charger can charge it, but it comes with a charge cable. The modes are easy to understand and set. I couldn’t ask for more. Very good
