I took two trades one for 0.05 and one…

I took two trades one for 0.05 and one for 1.00 my stop loss wasn’t hit so they closed the 1.00 and let me 0.05 opened. Of course trade went into major profit and they wouldn’t offer me a refund with all the proof I have. I wouldn’t recommend this broker to anyone. Take your money elsewhere.

The spread is high yes... thats how they make their money. Theres not such a thing the broker is chasing ur stop loss. Diposit and withdraw btc never had a problem

Hugosway is a scam and they are thieves

Hugosway is a scam. Their spreads are very high. When you are on profit, they inscrease their spread so your trade fails. They also close your trades with fake stop loss. I was kicked out of a trade with a stop loss higher than mine eventhough the trade didn't even reach my stop loss.You will only loss money. You will never make money with Hugosway. The have fake reviews on many websites lying they are good.

Yesterday was my worse experience ever…

Yesterday was my worse experience ever with HugosWay. Although I been suspicious about price manipulation with them, today was proven to be so. I was trading BTC 0.01 lots, at the time I open the 1st trade I was in profits by $366.85 my account balance was around $672. At around 3:50 I deposit $1,999 making my balance around $2671 and I opened two more buy trades at 0.01. At the time BTC was trading at around 55480. No long after I enter the second trade, the price drop tremendous to 45145 and all trades was closed. It's like soon as I allowed my phone to sleep, they took advantage. Yes I should has set my SL, but almost 10,000 dip within an hour definitely was price manipulation. I contacted support and have asked for them to review my account, provided screenshots of proof and asked for my funds to be return base off the true actual price of BTC. Soon as they closed all my trades, within 3 minutes the price shot back over 48100. I'm praying they do what's right and return my funds. I'm now sitting at 34.87 balance. It have not drop tremendously since consolidation at around 47071 . Just sad to rip people off like this! I will update you all on it.

I received a detailed response from HugosWsy Trade Support Team. My account was investigated thoroughly and sadly BTC did have a sudden crashed which caused my account to margin close. That's my fault because I didn't set my S/L which is bad for any trader, because you're setting yourself up to take a greater risk of loss.

I can say the support team was very professional and helpful. Every person I had encounter with was very helpful.

I will use better risk management from now on.

My account was not manipulated as I thought, it was BTC did crash across and my trades went against me. Set T/P and S/L on every trade. One minute it can be in your favor and the next not.

It was my First Broker for trading…

It was my First Broker for trading Forex pairs.. I used my Coinbase account for deposits. There is also an option for wire-transfer from the banks also. However my bank’s exchange rate is terrible therefore I prefer to use BTC. Withdrawing is also very easy with Crypto through Coinbase.

Customer Service Support is also very good. They respond quickly to the queries and are very helpful with any issues and concerns.

Once the payment has been approved from our end, the timeframe for the particular payment method used would apply. For Bitcoin, it takes 1-6 hours for the blockchain to confirm and all Bitcoin transactions can be monitored on the blockchain at blockchain.info. For VLoad, transactions are instant.

Easy to use

Easy to use. i am using it for a longer period of time now. The leverage for forex pairs are great 1:500 and for crypto 1:100. There is also an great support where you can reach out to iff there is any problem. Don't know about the bad reviews maybe they are doing something wrong and wanna talk bad about Hugo's

Great Broker with professional support

Great Broker with professional support

I use Hugo's way for my forex pairs and crypto. Their website is easy to navigate. The support is also great with super fast response.
I was able to get 1:500 levarage for my forex pairs and 1:100 for cryptos. I normally use BTC for deposits and withdraws as it is superfast. Never had a problem with my withdraws and they are in my account withing 30-60 minuts.
The Levarage is also better than some other brokers that I have used previously.

Honest feedback

I was so scared about the comments here, but today I had my first withdraw from Hugo and after a week of using I dont see any specific problems. Their platform is really easy to use, support was always there to answer all my questions, and trades are going well so far. I hope everything stays the same! :)

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. My account was just BLOWN at the fault of these SCAMMERS!!! Froze up for over 30 minutes - did not allow me to place a stop loss or do ANYTHING whatsoever to save my trades. Literally drained my entire account, MEANWHILE, the DEMO was working perfectly with no issues AT ALL!!!!! I would most definitely sue these people if possible. Will NEVER use them again. I am beyond upset at this point!!!

This is the worst broker I’ve ever had…

This is the worst broker I’ve ever had in my life. Twice it’s happened where I couldn’t close a trade in profit and in ran negative. It said “off quotes” and then they send you some Bull email about liquidity issues.

Stay far away from them!!!

VERY SUSPICIOUS activity. Won't let you close trade in profit

VERY SUSPICIOUS activity. Won't let you close trade in profit. Either due to 'liquidity provider' is 'down,' or 'server' is 'down,' or etc... This is the second time in the past year something like this has happened.
Despite the plethora of 'bad reviews' and what appears to be 'fake reviews' found online on hugosway, I wanted to believe they were legitimate because of the variety of assets to trade on their platform and especially due to being able to fund and withdraw via bitcoin. However, having experienced 'not being able to close trades' TWICE within a year, for the same very 'suspicious' reasons stated as 'liquidity provider' issues.... I now report this online. So, what happened this time is;
*I couldn't close a trade in profit, whilst getting the error 'off quote' being displayed.
*I contacted them via their ONLY AVAILABLE MEANS of contact which is their 'live chat' on their website. Upon explaining the situation, and asking many many questions demanding some sort of actual feasible answer, after the very generic 'the investigative team has been notified and they will look into it and respond by email...' answer, after more questions, finally they responded 'the systems are down and the teams are aware of it..... our liquidity provider is also aware of it.....' And 30 minutes or more later, no response by email, no fix to the problem, nothing...
*I specifically asked them to answer "what happens to my funds while i wait for your team to answer via email? what is the trade goes against me? what if my account gets liquidate?....." To which, NO ANSWER AT ALL. Only a constant repeat of 'our team is looking into it right now and will follow up via email....' again and again and again.
*While i still wait with no follow up from this 'investigative team' to answer via 'email,' my account is about to get liquidated as markets move, and now the trade has gone against me
***I have ALL OF THIS DOCUMENTED via screen capture both pictures and video recording the live chat conversation via their website, and recording my mobile phone screen proving hugosway not letting me close my trade in profit on MT4
****FYI, this is NOT THE FIRST TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAS HAPPENED. It happened either earlier this year (2021) or late last year (2020) as well. But last time something like this happened, they actually DID follow up relatively quick via email, rectified the situation, and made right with my funds lost as a result of the incident. HOWEVER, this time round, it is a much larger amount, a much bigger of a problem and situation, and apparently is happening to EVERYONE USING HUGOSWAY AT THIS EXACT CURRENT TIME SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Also, maybe i'm mistaken, but if it's really a 'liquidity provider' system down issue, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes if that at all for them to contact them to alert of a system down issue and to rectify it immediately. And as it's clear as day, it's all a lie, they are manipulating peoples' trades, i.e. highway robbery of peoples' live funds.
It seems i cannot upload screenshots and videos here, which i wanted to share with the world, to prove how blatantly hugosway is a illegitimate broker, displaying extremely suspicious behavior, all pointing to blatant 'robbery' of peoples' money.

They email after all of this, more than 4-5 hours later, NO APOLOGY, NO SOLUTION, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, AND DEFERRING THE BLAME ONTO THEIR 'LIQUIDITY PROVIDER,' CLAIMING NO LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING AT ALL. In addition, by this time, I went to bed only slept for 3 hours due to anxiety from this matter, the trade had gone way far against me and my trade was auto-closed and account liquidated. To which, again, hugosway claims 'NO LIABILITY. IT WAS THEIR LIQUIDITY PROVIDER, THUS, THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.' Serious!!!!?????

Thank you for your honest feedback. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the inconvenience caused by this technical issue. We understand the impact this can have on someone and while we take every measure to prevent this type of scenario happening, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the companies we work in collaboration with, when they provide us a service.

On the 17th of November, we discovered that there was a connectivity issue between ourselves and our Liquidity provider. The issue was identified quickly however, it took a few hours to resolve and we sadly had no way to assist or speed up the process as we are a completely separate company and therefore have no access or knowledge of the finer workings of their company, nor could we physically enter their system at all to assist with the resolution of the issue.

We would also like to make clear that this issue only affected cryptocurrency pairs. In an effort to secure and prevent mass down times in the event of a technical issue such as this, we use multiple liquidity providers, thus diversifying our liquidity pools and not holding all our eggs in one basket, per say.

Hugo’s Way only generates income when a client places a trade, therefore there is no benefit to us freezing or liquidating anyone's account as we cannot earn commission if our clients are unable to execute any trade orders and therefore our business cannot profit when our clients are unable to trade. It would be counter-productive to our success as a company.

We hope you will take into consideration that, like any company, no matter the size or scale (eg. Facebooks’ recent multi-platform down time), we can too experience technical issues and connectivity interruptions. The online financial world is a large 24/7 machine that requires many parts to fully function and without these parts the machine could not operate at all and no services would be able to be provided. We all need each other to offer excellent services.

At Hugo’s Way, we will continue to take our clients feedback onboard and develop our platform to be as efficient and reliable as humanly possible, as our main goal is to provide a professional and innovative trading experience for our community of investors.
