I had a very negative experience with HugOnDemands.com, and I regret ever getting involved. In my opinion, the way they handle payments and refunds feels extremely misleading. They required an initial session payment of $110 and then asked for a $250 “security deposit,” with the reassurance that I could cancel and receive a refund if needed.
I ended up having to cancel many days before the scheduled session, well within any reasonable window. But when I requested my refund, I was told that to get my own $260 back, I had to pay an additional $80 “refund fee.” At that point, the whole process felt completely wrong to me.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I wish I had known what I was walking into before spending any money.

Scammer, don't fall for it. I hope at least 1 poor soul might be saved by this.
