I love the Huf saddle pads

I love the Huf saddle pads, they are reasonably priced, durable, the straps are a strong webbing and they just wash/wear so well. Some of the ones in my regular rotation would be nearly 10yrs old now and still going strong.

Lost $300 with no refund

I ordered two custom pads last year from Hufglocken. The order was delayed multiple times for around 3 months then finally "shipped". Was given a tracking number that went nowhere - supposedly the package is lost but there is no evidence of that except that I filed a USPS claim in case it could be found. Hufglocken kept telling me to wait, then they finally "refunded" me but it never came to me and they said it was a problem on MY bank's side. Yes, because Chase really can't process refunds?? Right.

Eventually I tried to file a report with my credit card. My credit card would not refund me as too much time had passed. I am out around $300. DO NOT purchase from Hufglocken unless you are willing to eat the cost of the item or be more aggressive about disputing with your bank. Totally ridiculous.

For transparency - I had ordered from them previously with LONG delays about 6 months prior, but actually got the product so they are not a 100% scam but clearly are OK screwing over international customers.

no refund after 8 months

I ordered 3 saddle pads, and waited half a year for them before the finally said the company they were working with no longer will make pads for them. They said they will refund but its been 8 months since they said that, and I've done multiple follow up emails, and still have not received a refund and they are ignoring me now. It's over $200 worth.

Ordered a pair of expensive boots

Ordered a pair of expensive boots. Never received them and they refuse to refund my money. I tried to dispute the charge with my bank however after 5 months they are helpless. I will be contacting the local police in the area. Avoid this company!!!

No product, no refund.

Purchased a half pad during their Black Friday sale in November. Item finally shipped late January after I chased them up at the beginning of January. Tracking number never updated. Multiple emails to their customer service team to try to find out where my item was. Was promised a refund but after waiting another 15 working days, no refund had appeared. Ended up getting my refund by lodging a dispute with my bank. Will never purchase from this company again.
