Jordan and Karl are fantastic! Very friendly and warm people who show the greatest respect for your home/property, and will not leave until the job is completed to their high standards, even if that means staying later in what should be their own time after a long working day. It’s very rare you find people that show the care and consideration to your home that these guys do. Always arrived with a smile in the morning, and left with a smile at the end of the day. Very professional and honest, they did a fantastic job installing our air source heat pump system. Their professionalism and customer satisfaction actually matters to them greatly, again a rare thing. Jordan’s knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is exemplary. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jordan has been servicing my heat pump and all its equipment and bits and bobs for a couple of years and always provides great service and imparts his knowledge in a way even I can understand it! So well done. His skills have been shown to be superb and now does our air con units as well. He always seems a very happy person and this puts us at ease and he just gets on with the jobs. Jordan and his team installed a new air source heat pump for me, the work was carried out punctually and professionally. They left the house cleaner than they found it, I could not have asked for a better bunch of lads. We were sceptical about renewables as we are getting on now but the handover was amazing and everything seems to be installed to an extremely high level and standard I would highly recommend using this company looking forward to getting our air conditioning installed next month

Jordan came to fit 2 air conditioning units at our house. Communication before the day was brilliant, he was on time, he was conscious of the safety of our pets. The house was fully prepared, carpets covered etc and the work was done efficiently and with minimal disruption. Jordan himself is very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable.
The house was left clean and tidy. Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely use his company again.

This was the first time I used Hue Heating to carry out the annual service of my air source heat pump, the engineer was very thorough, friendly and professional, he explained what he was doing as he was carrying out the service which gave me confidence in his knowledge and understanding of my system. He also tweaked the settings so as to make the system more efficient. He was clean and tidy in the way he worked. I will certainly use the company again and would recommend Hue Heating & Cooling without hesitation.

Jordan re installed a new bathroom and radiators for us this weekend . The job was professional and well preformed ,couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Jordan came out a Saturday and sorted out our Air Source heating system that needed power flushing and also sorted out one room that wasn’t receiving any heat.
He arrived on time and worked in a very efficient manner. A nice guy to have in your home

A good reliable heat pump engineer and plumber. Jordan serviced my heat pump and topped up the glycol in the underground loops. He was reliable in his appointments and the good quality of service. I felt that his charges were middle of the road; and I was happy to pay. I will be contracting with him for the future
