I am very disappointed in the services I received especially after paying £4k. I was expecting clarification as to why we lost the bid 2 months ago but nothing has come through. When I have read through the bid and it seamed like the person who wrote it was using goggle translate cause some of the sentences did not make sense. One of the examples on the contracts was done well but the other was written by a totally different person who was using google translate. I am really disappointed in the service given I paid £4k. After you give them money they stop being responsive, they do not respond to emails, phone calls or messages

Worst experience ever! No service whatsoever and will be completely ignored! People leave this sinking ship in the middle of projects.

Hudson outsourcing quote you for service to tender and they kept asking for more money even though I have paid the full balance for the quote. They wait till the bid is almost closing and ask for more money telling you the information they have may not be strong enough to be accepted.

If there was an option to put No stars we would. This company lacks basic professionalism. Paid for services then had to chase them for 2 weeks before we got a response from someone at 8pm.

Still waiting for a response after sending documents a week ago ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER

I have found Hudson Resourcing to be very useful when seeking new tenders and new opportunities, but I have also been very impressed by the personal service provided by Rebecca Morland, who has been very helpful and understanding during these difficult times.

This has been in complete contrast to the disheartening 'no reply' approach that can be used by some similar websites.

Dan from Hudson Outsourcing is real procurement expert. I have worked with him on a number of projects. He recently managed our internal audit tender, he made it straight forward for the panel to engage, offered support where required, engaged with the bidders to ensure we had good tenders to score and ultimately helped us find the right provider for our needs.

Being new to tenders, and by looking at their website i thought it would be a fairly easy process for us to buy their service, win tenders but in reality it is actually quiet difficult. They charge for the full twelve months, and then when you start engaging in tenders and read the terms it is actually very difficult for a small business with a small team or no team to win tenders. They should have made this clear what type of businesses can win tenders based on their experience a small business will find it very difficult to win tenders such as getting ISO certified or getting cyber essentials certifications etc.

I asked for a refund on the remaining months and they pointed me to their terms and conditions that they do not issue refunds. I advise anyone signing up with them to be very careful and there are many other companies that does the same in low prices if you wanna test the waters.

I’m so happy a took a leap of faith and decided to work with this team in the UK. They truly work 24/7. Good luck to all of us on getting this procurement. I’m surprised to see bad reviews here. There are no guarantees on these bids. Everyone is taking a chance. Also Hudson deserves to be paid in full up front. They work round the clock and don’t deserve to have to chase anyone for money after work is completed. Five stars for Hudson!

Very disappointing I think they take advantage of new people. Wasted £2400 to realise the reason we did not win its their wording its crystal clear that they have not done it before as they just agree to everything. We were no where near to win because they did not know in health care there are some words you can't.

I was so suspicious when they keep ask everything from us.

They push for the money and they did nothing I am so angry because I had my suspicion but being new you would think oh, they charge £2000 there must be something good out of it.

In our case the work they did its not even worth 200quid.

I am sure there are some areas they know its best to stick to that or give the job to someone who knows and who has done it. They pocketed over £2000 but no follow up nothing thats not fair you should not be charging that much when you know you can't do it thats stealing period

And all these positive reviews here they are misleading

An easy to navigate and well populated tender portal. The Tender review process was a very valuable process to go ahead with.

Having never Tendered before, I read Hudson’s reviews and thought I would give it a shot.

I feel like they led me in the wrong direction and just wanted my money knowing I would not get the contract.

They asked for the whole amount upfront which was strange.

When they put my tender in they left a question N/A as I had never had a contract with what I was applying for but I did have a lot of experience.

At this point I did not know if you put N/A to any questions it is an automatic fail as this is what the council told me when I did not get the tender.

I was stupid to think they had my best interests at heart and would give me the best advice when they were filling out my tender.

I paid them nearly £2000 I feel this was very expensive and I have wasted my money and my time.

If they filled my tender in correctly I would not have questioned anything.

Very disappointed and now they are avoiding my emails and not replying back.

Amazing portal. Defo worth the money.

Facilities Tenders site is very easy to use, the links always work and all information is available.

Constant contact is kept by our account manager and we always know she is there if we require anything.

I would recommend using this company to anyone.

This service saves me a lot of time trawling through different procurement sites looking for suitable tenders. It also picks up some of the smaller tenders which are the ones I am really interested in. The only downside is that some of the tender advertisers make it particularly difficult to register interest but that would be the case anyway.
