Hudl took over from Titan GPS Sensors, with whom I had been a customer for 7 years. Paid £3000 for equipment and £150 a year for the platform.
When Hudl took over in 2025 I was locked out.
After six months, they finally responded to me and quoted me £1500 per year for the platform. After 3 days back and forth, they knocked it down to £550 per year, I agreed and they then put the price up to £750. I declined and now my equipment is unable to be used.

They get one star because -5 is not an option,

Unfortunately, this company is terrible at customer service. The only way to contact them, is to create an account and then email them. They have disabled all their phone numbers. It is impossible to get in contact with a customer service rep about the product unless you are willing to create an account. I do not recommend this company. If they do not allow a phone number, then it obviously means they have been getting calls they don't want to deal with or they are high pressure sales.
