My call was answered promptly by Katie (who has a friendly smile in her voice). I wanted to pay my utility bill but my card was recently renewed because of some damage to the previous card. Consequently, I had a new number and end date which Katie renewed for me straight away and deleted the old one. That done, I was able to pay the bill and have since received an email acknowledging payment. Thank you Katie.

To be honest, I often find the huddle's emails quite confusing and the online platform inconvenient.
However, my call today with Yves was a completely positive experience.

Huddle has requested a bill that is meant to go to another company our residence is with, and they have claimed to never speak to this company to clarify this issue and resolve who has to pay the energy bill. This experience has been frustrating to deal with, though it may hopefully be resolved. The people who work there are genuinely helpful whenever we've called them on the matter.

My Tenants and myself have used Huddle on several occasions, and they have turned out to be a complete nightmare when it comes to invoicing and contacting them. They send out ridiculously high invoices so you contact them and even when you tell them the correct readings and the property address they still get it wrong. I now advise any tenants not to use Huddle.

I had an issue with my bill, I called and spoke with Katie who was more than happy and able to support me with my issue. Katie sorted it out for me, explained what she would do and as promised, followed it up in an email immediately after the call. As someone who works in customer service, Katie’s knowledge and advice was perfect. Supportive, informative and knowledgable. Can’t ask for more!
