I couldn’t call and speak to somebody about my policy which is ridiculous and the automatic phone system asks me to leave a message and somebody will call me I didn’t like that I should be able to call anytime and ask questions about my policy so I had issues calling I wish to speak to somebody when I want to and not be told to leave a message somebody will call me back so I had issues getting through so I don’t like that so I decided not to continue with huddle but even though I have emailed 5-6 times asking my policy be cancelled the day after I took out the insurance policy huddle is still harassing me trying to take money from my bank account and texting me asking for payment so no I don’t like this company at all

This company is basically SOSURE…
This company is basically SOSURE insurance rebranded. They took payment for my insurance over 2 years and the one time I claimed they rejected. They also refused to cancel my policy as I had "made a claim" so I would have to pay the remaining balance of my policy if cancelled. EVEN THOUGH THE CLAIM THEY MENTIONED WAS REJECTED

You sold me a policy and then the next…
You sold me a policy and then the next day you sent me the kilometre clause with odometer readings and explained an extra $1000 on any claim if im outside the given range of kilometres. Felt like an ambush will not be renewing
