This company is a complete fraud. I never even heard of them until I just got a notification advising I gave HubX authorization to debit my account for first $15 US and then $30 US .. This is just crazy!! How do they have my info 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have been trying for months to cancel this program a ND get a refund. It will not allow me in the program to cancel. I have sent a message thru email a few times and still taking money out of my account. Do not get Involved with this company

It is fraudalant. They advertised a yoga 1 week free programme. And then just deducted some fees. Did put in complaint but they do not respond.

They stole my money. Their UI tricks you into turning on a free trial that fools you into paying them immediately. Their product isn't that good so they need to turn to deceitful practices to make money. Stay away from their products

I bought Davinci.ai pro licence by my email, mehmettongal@. It is already paid. i cannot see that im pro on my profile and i cannot use my account. I have sent many e-mails but no answer. I am not sure if they work well.

The vendor has fraudulently used a legally registered trademarked for another company, ChatGBT, and is misrepresenting themselves as another entity. This is not simply an imitation or user error. This has been escalated to Google and PayPal as it violates their terms of agreement. I would like to include a screenshot, but it is not an option.

This is a TRASH company with even worse people. They waste your time on these very long bunch of questions and then at the end, they LOVE to pull stunts like asking people to give a video clip. Of course they didn't warn anyone about that in the beginning. NO. Not Hubx. They get a kick out WASTING people's time. I called and complained & the fool on the phone laughed. She said they think it's funny to do that to see how many people get angry. They are not good people.

An absolute scam!

Hubx made promises about services they clearly don’t understand themselves [NOVA]. It’s incredibly disappointing to have lost $39—money that could have gone to someone in need instead. For anyone considering them, don’t waste your time or money. You won’t see a refund, and you’ll only end up frustrated.

But take heart for those who have fallen victim—these kinds of shady operations eventually face the consequences they deserve. :)

I recently bought a subscription to their chatGPT service, believing they were legit. Despite defining that they are based on ChatGpt 4, it is not real, the responses are of no quality; They do not have an iOS application, and they do not respond to messages. Make no mistake, do not hire their services.

Their product is fake and their service regarding open ai is scam. Their online purchasing term and policy is against eu law and it's a trapp. I encourage you to send your complain regarding your online purchase rights to ODR. It's simple to fill the complain case in EU online dispute resolution ( ODR). From there EU assistant will help you out. More case will give EU authority a warning to banned their activity in EU zone.
