Rating increased from 1 star to 4 stars.
It appears there was an update a couple of weeks ago, and since then, I’ve had no issues uploading documents. I've increased my rating to 4 stars as the core functionality now works.
A minor issue still persists: when uploading 25–30 documents at once, the loading wheel can spin indefinitely. However, if you refresh the page or navigate away and back, the documents will appear as uploaded, with no duplication or data loss. So while not perfect, it’s a big improvement and the uploads are now reliably processed.

Old review from 12/02/2025 - not relevant anymore:
The idea is great, it looks good, navigation is user friendly and intuitive. The only problem is - it doesn't work. We are using to share documents and collaborate with our clients whilst using it a s light CRM (that was the plan that is). Sometimes (most of the time) it is impossible to upload a single document, it takes ages. If you are lucky enough there will be a notification saying 'there is a hiccup with the system, please try again' or something similar. Most of the time there is nothing. Just circle spinning (which can last up to an hour - I had it in the background for roughly 1 hour just to test it, then I gave up, so it is possible it might take longer). On an occasion, the document will be uploaded, only the next time you login the document won't be there for some reason. If you are uploading multiple .pdf files, the upload is unreliable. E.g. I have tried to upload 41 pdf files. It uploaded 82. Initially I thought it's just double upload - but it's not (82 files might be coincidence). Some documents have 3 copies , some 2 some 1. There is no order to it. I was in touch with CS support which was of no help, standard reply 'all is fine on our side' and gave me incorrect information. It's not a big issue for us as we did this to test it before committing to it, so we have a minimum number of clients on it. I hoped this is a solution, and that it will work for us since we are still trying to find something that will work for us. All this said I strongly recommend against Hubflo - unless you want to spend an hour (or more) to upload 4 documents or you want to annoy your clients. In that case it's a good solution.
