Barney from Hubble was superstar. He sorted days of bookings at short notice and met the brief exactly. The whole process was very simple and they took care of everything.

Very helpful site. Was able to book multiple visits to view offices. Staff very quick to get back to you. We were able to find an office quickly.

Great customer service. Barney was quick to respond to emails and scheduled a number of viewings for us in less than 24 hours, all of which met our requirements.

Terrible terrible experience. We booked 10 office space viewings with Hubble. 6 of them got cancelled within a day of booking by the counter party. We showed up for the remaining 4 invites and the office owners were not aware of our visit and completely unprepared.

Eliot organised everything for us. He was also a great advisor throughout the process. Kept me informed of everything I needed in order to make the correct decision.

Chai was superb at finding us the perfect spot! Quick responses and couldn't help us enough. Really impressed with our HubbleHQ customer service!

Great service. Very good website offering plenty of option (location and prices). Real attraction is that the online is completed by a human, an advisor. Our advisor (Chai) was great, gave us plenty of good options, organise visits for us. Would use again. Recommend it to anyone looking for office space.

Excellent support from Kelly, who was incredibly helpful and prompt in her responses. We got the space we needed booked in addition to the coworking space, and found having a 'pay-as-you-go' model really beneficial for our company needs.

Georgina was great- responsive and easy to work with!

I booked a viewing
I received thirteen emails from hubble, the last of which stated I had no viewing

contacted hubble customer service
they explained that was a bug

and also I did not provide my phone number
(I explained due to my disability, I did not and to be fair they were okay with that)

and for reasons unknown to me asked me to manually reply with my office requirements to then give me a shortlist of offices (confusing as I had already used the site to choose, but I complied anyway)

my advisor informed me he was on annual leave, then a few days later replied that he could not see the criteria I had searched

I typed it all out by email this time

and eventually was emailed a link for a shortlist which as mentioned previously was not what I really wanted again
Nevertheless I chose two potential ones from the link
got a reply stating my advisor was on annual leave again
confirmed my times for these two new viewings over a few more emails
no reply with any confirmation

I booked on the site again with my original preferred office
(Hosts normally respond in 24 hours or less)
they did not respond

emailed customer service, a different advisor replied telling me "hey also sent him (my original the following, regarding your Viewing Request: "
It was blank, after the colon, so I did not understand, what the host wanted

the second hubbleHQ advisor also stated my first advisor had forwarded my form to the host.
the two advisors told me to
" feel free to drop them a line to rearrange the viewing - that way you'll be able to arrange it directly with them.
"
took over a month booking, rebooking, emailing, viewings not being confirmed, and also being cancelled for no apparent reasons by one host
They have replied quickly to my review this time - but no explanations or response provided in 2017, nor now.

Great service that helped us quickly find our new HQ in London.

Sagal has been a fantastic help to both myself and the wider business whilst we have been weighing up and exploring co work spaces within central London.

Hubble offer really great location options and are super flexible and cost effective, if like us you want to dip in and out of co working spaces as they offer a PAYG option! Great stuff - thanks Sagal - thanks Hubble :)

Georgina was an immense help in searching for a new co-working space. Having never done a search like this before, she presented us with a suitable shortlist of spaces, organised a large number of meetings, accompanied me to all locations and put in a lot of effort to make sure we had an amazing experience with Hubble. She is incredibly friendly and patient and has answered a million questions always with a smile on her lips. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Hubble to anyone looking to move to a co-working space. We received access to visit incredible locations all over London and gained a lot of knowledge that helped us make a decision. I look forward to working with Georgina and Hubble again in the future. If you're looking for a co-working space in London they are the perfect guide to the entire process and turn it from something daunting into something fun.

HubbleHQ provided the perfect platform for us to remain working flexibly whilst being able to meet up from time to time. My colleagues picked up the booking system very easily and within a few days were using the services themselves without any assistance needed.

Any queries I had were answered swiftly and I saw that many of the requests/suggestions I had discussed were implemented within a few months at most.

The sites/meeting rooms that we used via HubbleHQ were really easy to register with and provided us with a great experience.

Very disappointing service and whilst I do not particularly like writing bad reviews, I would rather discuss my concerns with the company, I am being bombarded with emailed from Hubble HQ asking me to write a review!
