The people who made this crypto…

The people who made this crypto exchange and htx app aren't very smart (without using bad words). In app there is no option to upload PDF document. I had to go to website and there is image and pdf format.

Got message saying:
Dear Valued User,
Unfortunately your KYC verification has been rejected for the following reason:
"The type of document is invalid. Please follow the instructions on the page and provide a supporting document."
Please make the necessary changes and try again.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The information is contradictory because the requirements are given as: "Files uploaded must be in JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats and cannot exceed 5 MB"

Under "click to upload" on website it says: "Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF"

OWNED BY SCAMMERS AND DEFEND THEMSELVES…

OWNED BY SCAMMERS AND DEFEND THEMSELVES
I got the worst experience among all crypto exchanges. It is made up of a team of scammers on their customer service. Imagine a scammer chatting you openly in the same chat box with the customer service and the platform does nothing.
I lost all my Funds on P2P trading to the so called customer who claimed I was supposed to release crypto before they release the payment to me and went ahead to freeze my funds until I gave up and the so called customer service celebrated it with scammers.
No wonder their native token is the most valueless on earth.
Don't dare try it or else you will hate crypto investment and trading.
I have every evidence to prove my claim

Zero customer service and worse p2p ever

Zero customer service. Highly nor recommend to use their p2p. They have literally zero responsibility on what scam sellers doing.

I sent money to the sellers and he just ignoring the order didn't release the coins.10-20-30 hours. And all this time zero action from support in appellation.

I have such case twice and this time it will be the last.

Sometimes in crypto

Sometimes in crypto, the difference between making a profit and a loss is down to the interface. The amount of times I’ve brought a new memecoin, it’s gone up 10x and I’ve tried to sell but HTX is SOOOO LAGGY and 15 minutes later it works, I’ve lost all my money.
I managed to resolve it after discussing it with my mother. She mentioned an agency that had previously assist with her missing items sent from Australia over six months ago. I shared my situation with them, and they were able to get everything back . It was surprisingly quick and efficient , this great team . I can give out there information my name as seen join together , adding 52 AT , G and Mail then end it with . com . Stay vigilant

HTX.com: A Rebranding to Mask Controversy

HTX.com, formerly known as Huobi.com, is a cryptocurrency exchange platform that recently underwent a rebranding. This name change appears to be a strategic move to distance itself from a long history of controversies, scams, and accusations of unethical practices.

Background and Reasons for the Name Change:

Founded in 2013, Huobi quickly rose to prominence as one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges. However, over the years, it has faced mounting allegations, including fraud, money laundering, and regulatory violations. In September 2023, during its 10th anniversary, Huobi announced its rebranding to HTX. According to the company, the "H" stands for Huobi, "T" for TRON, and "X" for exchange, signaling a so-called "fresh start."

Controversies and Allegations:

Despite the rebranding, HTX (formerly Huobi) has not shaken off its dark legacy. Reports have highlighted multiple fraudulent activities linked to the platform:

In May 2023, four former employees were convicted of stealing over 37,000 wallet access keys from users. (coinpri.com)
Rumors of insolvency and executive arrests have further tarnished the platform's reputation, leading to massive fund withdrawals and a significant decline in user trust. (beincrypto.com)
Personal Experience:

From personal experience, Huobi’s involvement in questionable activities goes deeper than public allegations suggest. Years ago, I fell victim to a cryptocurrency scam, and after thorough investigation, I traced the stolen funds to a large wallet hosted on Huobi. Despite reporting this to the platform, no action was taken. This strongly indicates that HTX may facilitate money laundering and covertly support scam networks, potentially acting as a safe haven for small criminal organizations.

Conclusion:

The rebranding of Huobi to HTX is nothing more than a smokescreen to mask its controversial past. Fundamental issues remain unresolved, and its reputation continues to deteriorate. A mere name change cannot erase a history of fraud, unethical behavior, and complicity in illicit activities. Users and investors should stay far away from this platform. If you’re serious about cryptocurrency trading, opt for reputable and transparent exchanges instead.

Huobi and HTX complete scam exchanges…Save your money and go somewhere else...

This appears to be a complete scam operation. You can establish an account with no KYC however without warning or notice the scammers tell you you can not withdraw ANYTHING without verifying KYC. Doing so is lengthy, full of conflicting requests, website inaccuracies and e-mail (if lucky) from semi-illiterate support. Only to be followed by an elaborate scam operation requesting specific coin trade transfer and withdrawal info and personal data. They appear to be thieves. Update 9 16 24, There is no longer room for doubt. The managers of this exchange are thieves. Once you deposit enough (in my case 40K) they will never let you withdraw it. Here is the information they demand to "Verify" your deposit-
1,If you buy in private
(1) Communication, payment, seller's withdrawal records
(2) Seller's information
2,If you buy from other platforms
(1) platform, order information
(2) payment, withdrawal records
3,If it is a exchange service provider
(1) Provide the exchange records
(2) Provide registration information of currency exchange users, such as email and mobile phone number
(3) Providing KYC information of currency exchange users
(4) Provide login IP information of currency exchange users
(5) Providing the currency withdrawal record and address information of the currency exchange user after currency exchange
If you answer any or all of these questions you will get a reply stating that your "application for withdrawal" has been rejected and asking you to start all over again. I went through 5 weeks of solid delay tactics, website failures, no-reply rejection e-mails and not once were any of my questions answered. They use Bots to automatically reply. You have been warned. If you deposit funds in Huobi or HTX you are placing your assets into the hands of criminals.

They protect thieves there

I do not advise anyone to register here. The platform doesn't help anyone. Support is not responding. It's useless. This platform and the thief over there scammed me, admitted it, and did nothing to help. I lost a lot there. Don't trust anyone who tells you the rewards of testing the network occasionally. Specifically, this is a scam, especially Steem currency. I do not advise anyone to use this platform
