withdrawal was smoothly and rules are simple. the only propfirm i had seen where you don't need extra fee to upgrade your account to next higher account after passing evalution phases, either you choose to upgrade your account to next higher account or accept to funded, the choice is yours.

Honestly, I think you guys are really one of the best people (and prop firm) I've ever encountered in the trading space, you guys really own it.
What lost me from the beginning was your spreads on gold, the best in the industry, never thought spreads on gold like that existed, then your customer service/support friendliness topnotch (i owe this one to "Slim" iykyk), and the community liveliness.

One of the best of best prop firm in industry. Tighter spreads, good execution speed. If anyone really want to earn for a better life just buy 200k enhanced challenge, keep your lot size under 1 lot in xauusd, find bais of the day, mark 1 hour order block and boom. You just pass in 10- 15 days. Just keep patience and wait until your turn. Be disciplined. Keep faith on you, the entire universe will help you. Thank you Hantec

Long hours ago, I sent you an email and on the chat, and no one responded to my messages. Is customer service always a bad service? I wanted to buy a challenge, but I retreated due to poor customer service.

I don’t wanna sugarcoat this. But Hantec Trader is one of the best Prop firms out there and they’re gradually growing. The reason I Love them is cause their Rules are very very convenient, no overbloated rules, no hidden rules, nothing like 1% max lot rule and those bullshit rules most firms have. And they tell you you’ll receive your payout in 24-48hrs, most times you’ll get the Payout 1hr later. And then, another thing is their fast execution and ultra tight spreads. I’m beginning to enjoy Trading with Prop firms and I hope they keep going and improving more on their existing Features.

Anytime I'm trading with Hantec I always have that confidence of their Delivery and so far zero payout denials.
