Good day, I honestly not comfortable with this buffer trap hantec trader normally activate on account whenever withdrawal place is not healthy to account growith you people should remove this buffer is scary alot of trader away and it also stated in your website during checkout that there will be refundable of the amount used to purchase the account in my first withdrawal I placed withdrawal my purchase fees was not refund.

Something I noticed was the lack of pressure. With no minimum trading days I could take my time and wait for the best setups without feeling rushed. This helped me trade my plan and pass the challenge easily.

Everything is good and fine with hantec trader funded account, but only the issue as per my concern too much of time to provide live account credentials after completing the challenge account, if you could provide credentials details with in a day or will be more helpful for traders they can make more profits please look into it and try provide live credentials within 24hrs.

The rules are easy to understand. No hidden traps or anything.

Transparency is very important to me and this firm is very clear about all its rules. What you see on the website is what you get. The hard breach rules are fair and based on industry standards. I passed the challenge by focusing on consistent small gains on EUR/USD. The support team is top-notch. I had a small issue and Paulo was able to resolve it for me professionally. Getting my first payout so quickly was the best part. It shows they are serious and reliable.

Change your withdrawal buffet..... Its manipulative. I withdrew my profit and didn't trade again until the next day only for me to place trade and then i received a mail saying i breached account. You guys are being extremely manipulative and i feel you should be looked into. There's no room for success with this prop firm

I purchased an instant account and received my login credentials within five minutes—super efficient! This is hands down one of the best prop firms I’ve ever worked with. Their process is smooth, their support is solid, and everything feels genuinely professional.

However, I’d like to suggest reviewing the margin requirements for XAUUSD. A margin of 168 is extremely high compared to the standard 4.65—that’s nearly 36 times higher. It would be great to see this adjusted to make trading more accessible and competitive.

Overall, I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a trustworthy and legit trading partner.

Hantec Trader is a reputable company having traded with the firm for over a year now, and I appreciate that they refund the challenge fee on your first payout.
However, my main concern is with their rules once a trader is funded.

For example, if you’re given a $10K live account, you’re required to create:

A 10% buffer for future risk

Your 10% target for withdrawal

This means that, effectively, you must aim for 35% total (Phase 1 – 10%, Phase 2 – 5%, Funded – 20%) just to be eligible for a 10% withdrawal.
I find this very punitive, as it places an excessive profit target on the trader.

My view: Once a trader has reached the live stage, any profits made should be paid out, and the account should then be reset to its original balance after each payout. This would be more trader-friendly and still protect the firm’s capital.

I took the Hantec 200k test and passed phase 1 and phase 2, achieving all my objectives. I signed the KYC, but after 3 days of account verification, I was disqualified without reason, accused of a serious violation.

Not only that, I contacted Chat on August 7, 2025, and was informed that the $746.13 test fee would be REFUNDED, but I haven't received any response yet. Later that day, I contacted Chat again, and the representative "Dani" informed me that she "didn't have this information." I sent an email directly through the website and have not received any response yet.

I was informed that I WOULD RECEIVE a REFUND of the amount paid for the test, so I await the refund of $746.13.

Não bastando isso entrei em contato com o Chat dia 07/08/2025 e fui informado que o valor do teste de $746.13 seria DEVOLVIDO, mas até agora não obtive nenhum retorno. No final do mesmo dia entrei em contato novamente com o chat e o(a) atendente "Dani" me informou que "não tinha essas informações", encaminhei um email diretamente pelo site e até agora não tive nenhuma resposta.

Tive a informação que RECEBERIA a DEVOLUÇÃO do valor pago no teste, sendo assim, aguardo a devolução de $746.13.

Their prop is shit, the price is quite high compared to other firm and the most annoying thing is that they don’t allow drawdown from the profit you’ve already made while trading another one…very rubbish thing

When you make your first withdrawal, your account’s max drawdown resets to its initial balance. In other words, if you buy a $200k account, make a $4k profit, and then withdraw that profit, your max drawdown is no longer 10%—it becomes the original account balance ($200k). Basically, your account becomes disposable, and it makes no difference whether you have a $50k or $200k account, since the maximum you can risk is what you’ve earned yourself.

They’re not looking for long-term consistent traders. This rule actually encourages you to try to make as much profit as possible before your first withdrawal, then withdraw everything quickly, and eventually blow the account.

Also, they don’t refund your challenge fee after you pass, which is another reason I wouldn’t recommend trusting a prop firm that doesn’t return your fee upon approval.

The advantage is that the first withdrawal has no day limit, which is a very good thing. But the worst thing, and will make me not come back to this propfirm again, is the payout. Your portfolio will lose the Max drawdown, which is a very crazy rule. No propfirm does it. Of course, I withdrew my profit and said goodbye.
