Dreadful company they cannot get you to…

Dreadful company they cannot get you to your appointment on time. My husband has to have dialysis 3 times a week they give him a decent time they will pick him up and then they turn up really late. His treatment is cut down when he gets there late so he suffers from lack of treatment. They take forever to answer the phone then you get cut off when they put u on hold. Bring back ezec.

HTG AMBULANCE SERVICE 🚑 HAS GOTTA BE THE MOST UNRELIABLE RUDE PATHETIC SERVICE IVE EVER USED THE PARAMEDICS IN THE AMBULANCE ARE KIND AND HELPFUL BUT YOU COME 🏡 THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS 💩 COMPANY MEANS YOU WONT GET HOME UNTIL 9PM AT NIGHT AND THEY LIE SAY WE ARE ON OUR WAY OR WE SHALL BE THERE IN THIRTY MINUTES THIS TAKING THE PISS LARK IS SIMPLY TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS ELDERLY OR FRAIL PATIENTS COULD BE HURT OR INJURED AS THE CQC GAVE THEM INADEQUATE SERVICE AS FAR AS IM CONSIRNED THE ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER SHAMBLES AND IM GOING TO GET RID OF THEM AS ANOTHER PATHETIC THING THEY DO IF THEY DONT HAVE AN AMBULANCE AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT THEY CANT EVEN PHONE OR EMAIL YOU LETTING YOU KNOW THIS IS THE CASE SO AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN AS THEY ARE A PARASITE!!

Excellent service.

Booked transport for my 94 year old father from Rochford to Canvey Island. All communication prior to pick up excellent and arrived on time for the appointment. Supervised to and from the vehicle providing support and reassurance. On return, helped back to the door. Excellent service from all involved.

GOTTA BE THE MOST UNRELIABLE USELESS 💩 AMBULANCE SERVICE IVE EVER USED YOU WONT GET HOME UNTIL 9PM AT NIGHT THEY DONT CARE THEY ARE RUDE AND ABUSIVE THEY TAKE THE PISS TO A POINT THATS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE THEY MUST BE BANNED AS I HAD ERS MEDICAL BEFORE THESE IDIOTIC MORONIC FOOLS AND THEY WERE FAST RELIABLE AND GOT ME 🏡 AT A REASONABLE TIME WHILE THESE LOT ARE AS MUCH USE AS A HORNET ON A NUDIST BEACH SO AVOID THE FOOLS AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN!!

Waste of space

This is the worst Patient transport company I’ve ever come across in the time that they’ve had to contract to approximately a year and a half. I’ve missed 16 appointments and they give the same old crap every time lack of resources now I don’t book my appointments at the last minute normally 2 to 3 weeks beforehand at least sometimes six weeks and they still fail to pick you up and don’t even bother to notify you that they’re not picking you up

I hope they lose there contract, they are absolutely useless and not fit for purpose. bring back east of england ambulance nhs trust into this service for north norfolk, HTG they are an absolute disgrace.

Excellent service - thank you

Booked stretcher transport for my 98 year old mum, the call handler Pat was so kind and helpful. Gary did the assessment and supported us all the way. John and June the driver team couldn’t have been more caring. Thank you for all the help and professional care we received

Dreadful service - 1* is 1* too many

Dreadful service - I had a trip booked to hospital on 7th January 2026 for a consultant’s appointment and the transport didn’t turn up or even bother to contact me. Eventually, I rang them to see what was happening and hey said they couldn’t come due to staff sickness. A missed appointment. I had them booked again for today and tried to phone to see where they were. Kept getting cut off. I then got a message from the hospital to say they weren’t coming yet again even though they promised me I was a priority after last time. Yet another wasted hospital appointment and a delay in my treatment. Shocking. ‘Service’. N Crosland

I was doubled up to Max their revenue…AND VERY LATE !

I was doubled up to Max their revenue per drop and ended up whilst running late already!! Being driven to the 2nd drop- ophthalmology , already running late! The other side of town to my drop off Hospital , with NO idea where to go for the Hospital AND Ward once eventually getting there ! the same applied for my drop off- Neurosurgery pre- MRI! finally arriving 2 HOURS LATE and having my essential appointment Pre brain surgery cancelled and my surgery date put back in the queue, having waited 3 years to correct my Neuropathy Pains/agony; where was the drivers freedom to prioritise!? Optician vs Neurosurgeon!! And correct the delay AND also to Pre- prepare for the location of my surgical Units entrance was! Rather than drive in circles making Me even More Later!! Rediculous! & VERY, VERY,POOR! Avoid this Company if being on time is essential!!

Steve & Grant

Our transport on Tuesday cancelled last minute so didn’t have much faith tbh but then I met the two most amazing men, Steve & Grant (I believe) I’ve never been to appointment and not dreaded it but these two fantastic humans made it so easy and simple. They helped with my little boy Jasper and we’re both singing nursery rhymes to him. I honestly can’t thank them enough!

I know that the other reviews are not positive but I have nothing to complain about. The lad (sorry, who's name I can't recall) was punctual and friendly and totally efficient. I didn't even want to give one star ! Cancelled my husbands transport for the hospital on the day he was due to go. Absolutely livid, excuse was we cant guarantee transport! I'm sorry I thought that's what you were there for. Abysmal company and no compassion. Since htg took over its just one problem after the other !

One of their drivers was stuck up my…

One of their drivers was stuck up my backside on a dual carriageway. The weather was atrocious and at one point I reckon they were 10 ft behind me at 65mph. I manoeuvred over to the left lane and the impatient driver couldn't even wait for me to clear the lane before they tried to squeeze past.

Absolutely appalling Service

Absolutely appalling Service. They did not turn up as arranged to take my 85 year old mother to an important hospital appointment. I called them and they said "we are not coming due to staff illness in the control room". When I asked why they didn't call me they said "we have a backlog of calls". They didn't care and are completely unreliable. They waste NHS resources through missed appointments, waste patients time and cause huge distress. They shouldn't be in business. Why oh why are the NHS paying this company. And, of course, there is no way to feed this back to the NHS. They give you a phone number to complain to and that is operated by HTG!!

Amazing Service

Amazing service received for my housebound mother who needed to attend a hospital appointment today in Poole. Mum is 90 years old, extremely unwell and obviously anxious yet Chloe and Chris went above and beyond, even sending me texts to let me know they'd managed to get her into the ambulance transport safely and again when she was settled in the ward. They were both amazing and I can't thank them enough. A real asset to the company and reinforces your mind set on humanity and the fact that there are people who care and have the ability to assess and determine the situation and act on the same. A big thank you Chloe and Chris

Yet again they have not turned up and…

Yet again they have not turned up and messaged as promised to say they are having problems. They must be making hospital queues longer by patients being let down and they do not care. I have in the last two weeks been diagnosed w Addison's disease where any type of stress can automatically bring on a crisis which can be fatal.

Awful patient service and care

Awful patient service and care. They make my elderly frail mother wait and wait for extended lengths of time to take her home from dialysis twice a week. This causes her huge distress. This company ignore emails and formal complaints. I have now informed the Care Quality Commission and urge others to do the same.
*Update,complaints went into their junk folder. I have now had a formal response. Wait time improved somewhat hopefully not at the expense of other patients.

Joke of a company

After months of waiting, finally got an appointment in London from my specialist.
This company, or the one they succeeded, had transported me from Essex to London on numerous occasions due to my disability.
On this occasion they took great joy in telling me they no longer go to the hospital in question... unbelievable.
The NHS should take far more care in handing out ambulance responsibilities, as this lot are a complete joke...
