We borrowed funds to buy commercial property around year 2012 . Howard mortgage also known as Challenger limited provided misleading loan contract that was a rollover loan agreement through their financial broker . Few years later ,despite upfront loan repayments to challenger / Howard mortgage asked us as a borrowers to payout the loan reason unbeknown . This was very unethical approach and deceptive actions of these lenders . I wud Never recommend a loan from Howard mortgage or Challenger mortgage or Secure Finding ltd .

This guy is a Liar and a Fraudster, if you google him you'll find that Mr Taylor has been removed from the NZ Chartered Accountants guild after being found Guilty of several Tax Fraud thefts. He even claimed Tax on my behalf for working in Australia for five years... and I hadn't even worked in Australia at all! What a surprise then, when I went to do my taxes in Australia after that, I was fined $2800 for failing to lodge taxes later! Stay away from him

I’ve brought quite a few properties with Howard and now Ed his son. They are extremely quick and have years of knowledge and experience. Very friendly, reliable and let you know answers there and then. I just can’t rate them enough.

Howard Taylor Associates arranged two mortgages for me - both went smoothly and they took it upon themselves to call the bank directly to speed the process up. The mortgages were finalised ahead of the date of exchange. Will definitely use them again!

Could not fault Howard and Ed throughout our whole journey in buying our first house. They did everything they could do to help us not only sorting our mortgage out but setting up our life time insurance helping us fill out forms and explaining things we weren’t sure about. They were always at the end of the phone for any queries we had. We wouldn’t of had a smooth journey if it wasn’t for them.

Howard associates goes above and beyond to help you get the best deal. They are super helpful and couldn’t recommend them more. He has helped my family for many years and has now helped me and my husband get on the property ladder. He explains everything in simple terms if needed and nothing is too much to ask. Thoroughly recommend.

Knowledgeable in mortgages / life insurance and have used them successfully for a number of years. Helps if you know what you want but if not, they can offer advice and options to make you think and ultimately get you to the package you need. The advice provided is clear and simple so you can understand what you need to know to make an informed decision. The paperwork side is dealt with quickly and minimal hassle, everything went through really quickly and without a hitch.

It's been a wonderful experience dealing with Howard Taylor Associates for my mortgage. This is my first house and was completely unaware of the process to get a mortgage. I was about to give up trying to remortgage my house when it was suggested I contact HTA, I honestly did not think they would be able to get me anymore than my previous MA, but I was wrong, not only did I get the figure I needed but it was with the same lender that had previously turned me down!
