Don't use this company
I first contacted Idan Mizrahi in March 2020. My parents had helped me buy a condo and my brother and then I lived in it but my parents were charged HST and I was trying to get the money back from the CRA. Idan took my $672 and filed the application May 27, 2020. He said it would take a maximum of 6 months for the refund from the CRA. In May 2021 my parents had still not received their money back. I had to quit my job and was contacting the CRA daily to try and get my parents their money. The CRA finally said Idan had filed the wrong form and it had to be refiled. I called Idan and emailed him saying he had made a mistake and filed the wrong form. He responded and submitted the correct form after I threatened to go to the media. My parents finally got their refund by check in November of 2021. There was a year and a half delay due to Idan not filing the correct form and not responding to me. He didn't even apologize for his error. He was paid and I did all the work. I would never recommend him. I wrote this review because I don't want anyone to suffer the way I did by hiring Idan. I made a review on another website and he told me to call him. On the call he offered to refund my money if I took down my review. I thought about it and finally said okay to get some of my losses back. He then said I would get half and then he would pay me the other half after I took the review down. It felt like another manipulation by this company so I refused.
