HSL Chairs - Warrington Reviews 

My husband and I had a very bad experience with ANOTHER sofa company and we ended up getting a full refund. We went to HSL in Warrington and the staff could not have been nicer! A lovely lovely lady called Sarah dealt with us and to say she was helpful is an understatement! Sarah looked into all our queries, answered all our concerns and with us having a previous bad experience she completely put our minds at ease! When we had paid in full for the sofa, we had more questions about size / delivery etc and Sarah helped us so so much, when she said she will call us back….. she did just that… within an hour! Sarah was an absolute pleasure to deal with, so after our previous experience we would like to Thank Sarah for dealing with us in suck and kind, friendly professional manner! I visited the HSL store in Warrington to look at recliner chairs. The assistant Brendan was very knowledgeable about the different chairs and ensured that I was happy with my choice. I Would highly recommend this store.
The delivery of my riser/reciner went very smoothly and the delivery men Craig and Jed explained how to use the chair with a demonstration of the controls. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you all.

Looking for new sofa and chair and wouldn’t have thought to look in HSL as thought they only sold furniture for a certain age group. Imagine my surprise when on a rainy afternoon walked into the store in Chester and found a large range of modern, quality furniture. Greeted by two friendly, helpful members of staff who were knowledgeable and not pushy. Offered refreshments and they answered all our questions.

Jo, who was from a different branch was so helpful and having built up a rapport we decided to visit her at the Warrington branch today. Again we were greeted warmly by all the staff, Jo remembered us and again was very helpful. After coffee and biscuits we placed the order for a new leather sofa and chair. Looking forward to the delivery.

The 2 gentleman Chris and Terry arrived and where very professional from the get go. Explained everything they where going to do. And gave me a full explanation of all controls. When they finished,They then proceeded to clean up and remove all packaging and took it away. A definite 10 out 10 from us.

The staff at the Warrington store were welcoming , friendly ,extremely helpful , and very professional . Nothing was too much trouble and they showed amazing patience . I went on 22nd initially , and returned to purchase the following day . Kate and Joanne were brilliant , their knowledge of the products was professional and at no time was I made to feel under pressure to buy , they just wanted to make sure that my chairs were right for me

I changed my order with HSL in Warrington and this was managed in a very professional and friendly manner. Time was taken to enable me to make a decision that was right for me with supportive advice and nothing was too much trouble. The team were great but especially Kate yesterday and Joanne today who both managed the changes and new sale.

Pleasant shop layout with warm welcome without being persistent,helpful staff at all times especially as wife is in wheelchair, tea and biscuits served during consultation.
Delivery was prompt and efficient with two polite and helpful drivers, who took old chair unstairs for us

We travelled from Manchester to the HSL showroom in Warrington yesterday and was greeted by 3 lovely helpful people who couldn't do enough to assist us in making the correct decision on choosing and purchasing 2 recliners. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to others.

Visited Warrington store. Joanne was our salesperson. Very professional and really friendly. Made you feel more like a friend than a customer. No rush, no pressure selling. Jo gave us lots of information to make our choice. Tea and biscuits was an added bonus!!

HSL Warrington. Even thought we had not ordered our settees from the Warrington store we called in on the off chance they may have a swatch of the items we had ordered from a subsidiary company. When we got to the store we realised that it was closed. While we were looking at the door to see the opening times a lady opened the door and asked could she help. Kate invited us in when we explained our problem. She then took some details and said she would email us a photo of the swatch we needed and also would email the supplier to send us out a swatch.
The next morning Kate emailed me a photo of the swatch and confirmed that she had ordered a swatch to be sent out from the suppliers.
For me this kind of help goes above and beyond good service especially as we had not spent any money in her store, so thank you very much Kate.
