Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I explained what I was looking for to suit my disability and I was shown the models they produced which are suitable. I sat on all the suitable sofas, I wasn't rushed, offered a drink, allowed to bring the dog in as it was a very warm afternoon. I sat on the sofa of my choice while discussing the finer details of materials and finish, colour choice, price, delivery. etc. etc. A very friendly service.

Second purchase made because service and quality of first purchase was excellent and everything I expected and desired.

Sheila and her colleague were very professional and with excellent knowledge of all the chairs available. They were extremely patient and listened carefully to what special requirements I had without any sales pressure. I felt confident I was making the right decision. Both ladies are certainly a great asset to HSL

WE WERE MET AT THE DOOR WITH A WARM WELCOME , AND GIVEN A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE STORE BY A CONFIDENT , ARTICULATE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS RELAXED AND REASSURING. SHE THEN INVITED US, IN OUR OWN TIME, TO VIEW THE CHAIRS ON DISPLAY. I HAD PREVIOUSLY APPROACHED THE DAY WITH AN AIR OF SKEPTICISM, DOUBTING THE OPINION OF FAMILY TRYING TO ENCOURAGE ME TO CHANGE MY OLD CHAIR FOR ONE MORE SUITABLE TO MEET MY NEEDS. IT DIDN,T TAKE LONG BEFORE MY THINKING MADE A COMPLETE U-TURN, AND THERE I WAS, ACCEPTING AN EXPENSIVE, AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE CHAIR UNDOUBTEDLY BETTER SUITED TO MY GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING. I AM NOW IMPATIENT FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED SOON. ALL THANKS TO THE PATIENT WISDOM OF FAMILY, AND THE COMBINED SKILL AND PROFESSIONAL APPROACH OF THE SALES LADY.

Paul and Paul, 2 lovely men rang me to say when they would be arriving. Came in and asked me where the chair and sofa were going. They were very polite and professional. They bought everything in and assembled each piece. Checked everything was working alright. Cleared all the rubbish and took it all away. Excellent delivery service and service from all staff and Paul and Paul who delivered.

We spent 2 hours plus selecting our suite at Lichfield, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Delivered today by Craig and Jed, and although there was a problem with the assembly of the sofa they were able to make a temporary fix, and reported problem to head office. Quickly had a phone call to arrange for a visit from technician to sort permanent solution. Overall good services

The staff at HSL Lichfield made sure we bought the most suitable chair for me. Ian & Paul delivered it, they were friendly & did a great job. Fitted the chair together, tested it and took all packaging away with them. Very pleased with our purchase & delivery.

The overall experience was exceptional,we were looking for an armchair that would give support and comfort , staff took time to explain everything to us, tried several chairs until we found the most comfortable that fitted just right!
Refreshments were offered to us during our visit which was greatly appreciated . The staff member was very patient and very accommodating.

Top quality British made products. It felt like we were going back 50 years in terms of service and product quality, but in a modern environment.

When we visited the Lichfield store we were given a warm welcome by Carol. She quickly learned what we wanted and showed us all of the chairs that fitted our requirements. She even showed us chairs that didn't fit our requirements so that we could see what we didn't want. She then made us a cup of tea and then left us to try each and everyone without any pressure. Once we decided on our chair she found the exact material and colour we wanted and her colleague Sarah did an AI impression of our chair in the colour. All in all a great experience. Just waiting for our chair to be delivered.
