Avoid this company
Avoid this company. For the last 7+ weeks been trying to arrange a service for a gas boiler. Twice there was a no show from the engineer and once he arrived when there was no appointment.
Phillip and the mature lady in the office are grossly incompetent and can't even manage bookings.
This morning for example there was an appointment made for between 10am and 12am today. At 10.30 I ring to confirm appointment (due to previous incompetence, this is the 3rd attempt) and was informed the appointment was scheduled between 11am and 1pm - which was fine.
At 1pm, when there was no sign I ring inquiring why there was yet another no show - and was informed that they don't know what's going on with appointments.
7 weeks of nothing but messing around and incompetence from "Hi Speed" Gas Services.
Save yourself time and a headache and look up alternative gas maintenance services in the area and book with them.
