Helpful and always available

HS Direct have changed everything for the better when it comes to our health and safety accreditations. Dan Moore is fantastic and always more than happy to help, even with our silly questions! Friendly and quick to respond. Using their systems have made our day to day running of our company so much easier.

Customer Service.

The customer service agent, Naomi, was exceptional in the way she listened to my query and within minutes had guided me through the portal to the area i needed to be. It was so refreshing not to have the "hard sell" you often get with customer service. No hesitation in recommending HS Direct.

Excellent Consultant

After speaking to a couple of consultants John McCaffrey was excellent. Not only did he understand what my requirement was and took the time to work out a solution he did it without it costing me extra money. He was very helpful, patient and professional

Excellent service so far...

From day one of us reaching out HS Direct have made this so easy for us. It's one of those things that we would have struggled with without any support but, Roger Simpson called us for an initial chat and explained what he could do for us and made the whole process seem a lot less daunting. He gave us the time of day to meet up (at at the cost of a coffee) and give us a demo on how they can help and after agreeing to use HS Direct sat us down for a full onboarding showing exactly how to do things and also offering full support throughout the year. Looking forward to working with you guys and a massive thanks for your help so far.

Excellent Product, Excellent Service

Fantastic company to work with. Have used their product previously on other projects and returned to them once again now that I have changed employer. The system is very user friendly and you receive great support initially and throughout. All costs explained with no hidden extras.

Expert in Safecontractor accreditation

I had experienced a tricky set up, being a new user I needed additional support in using the HS Direct system. Marc got in touch following a call I had made and the returned video call to myself and the team was 10/10. He is a real expert with HS direct and the Safecontractor process, so I am very grateful.
