When buying from their Bundle thing some of the keys dont work, but you always can ask the support for another game and they replace it. So far without issues, just takes a few days sometimes.

I use HKR for a long time now and it was always doing good business with them, The only thing I don't like is that in the last years they give you a price and when buying and paying you get a extra handeling fee and vat added. I think this should be already in the advertised price!
