been waiting on the phone since 7am( I was the first one to call in but waited for an hour and 5 mins before someone picked up the phone). And that person transferred me to her and got it fixed. Would love to see the improvements of the wait time because it was ridiculous to call exactly at 7am when it first started and still had to wait an hour. This happened many many times and it definitely was not the first time

From the beginning of starting with HR for Health our rep, Khizra is and has been amazing and extremely helpful every single meeting! She is super helpful and patient with a newbie. I highly recommend her and HR for Health.
