This is a total scam - the shoes are flimsy, plastic uppers and nor even the right size I ordered. They are nothing like the shoes pictured. They have offered me a 20% discount to keep them and suggest I gift them to my friends and relatives - I would not insult my friends and relatives! Avoid this company at all costs!

I bought 2 pairs of rubbish sandals and cannot make contact with them to get my money back. They seem to have 3 names. Hranls, Hrals & Hranan. THIS IS A SCAM. I have never been caught before.
I am very unhappy.

All I can say is that customer service is deplorable, they compered their footwear to Clarks, but what you actually get is the cheapest, inferior quality shoe I have ever seen, do not be tempted to buy, I am forwarding shoes, emails and pictures of what was advertised to Trading Standards.

Extremely dissatisfied.
Poor quality.
No response to request for refund. No response from complaints site.
Avoid. Why are they still able to trade?

The quality is not acceptable, 'leather' is paper thin and dubious if it is even leather. The fit is terrible, no way are they orthopaedic. The sandals look nothing like the picture which has the word 'Clarks' above the sandal. NEVER in a million years are they Clarks. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, tried to e-mail but the e-mail address is not valid, £54 down the drain....

The sandals arrived very late. Was meant to be delivered in 4/7 days. Ordered 1oth June arrived today the 27th June.
It does not fit well. Poor quality velcro which does not tightened across the ankle.
Would like a refund.

Never order from this company. Cheap, cheap, inferior "quality" rubbish shoes. Took weeks to get to me. I bought 2 x pairs - 1 x pair falsely called orthopaedic to transition from a broken foot. No cushioning, 1 pair had open stitching in tongue of shoe revealing the foam inside! no padding. Several times I have emailed them - I have requested a refund...no response. They also go by Hranis. I tried scoring zero stars, but it won't allow me.

Would give zero stars if I could. Inferior/cheap quality product. Design resembles the shoe in the photo but if you look closely at the details you will notice that it's not the same item. Regretful purchase as definitely not worth the price.

Non existent customer service! I ordered size 6 but they are too small.The quality is also poor.The company is not interested in being of any help and are ignoring my emails.Do not have anything to do with them!!!

Do not order from this company, it cheap shoes from China.
The website had a picture of sandals with black wedge heel. The delivery was to be between 4-7 days express delivery. It took over 2 weeks, then the sandals was not the ones pictured on the website, brown cheap plastic heel. I complains and was offered 20% off next order, I did not accept this so they said I will be refunded if I return the item to China, I asked if I get my postage refunded, I got no answer.

Still no shoes, nor reply from this company. 15th October order. Guess I've lost my £40. What a scam, what an idiot I am.

The shoes were supposed to arrive between five and seven days later. I ordered them on 15th October and paid £32. On the 28th October I had still not received any notification that they had even been dispatched, so I emailed them and initially got no reply. I wrote again and told them them that I would inform Paypal and request my money back, because I needed the shoes and had bought another pair. Furthermore I told them I would add another bad review along with the other terrible ones attributed to them on Trustpilot. I got an immediate reply from their Customer service telling me they were being dispatched. Finally they arrived on November 4th with no apology. I'd ordered a UK size 6 but these were much too small and I couldn't even get them on. To return them would have cost me more money, as they expect you to pay for the return postage and they're not in the UK. I doubt they would have returned my money, so I took them to a charity shop hoping that someone with smaller feet might benefit.
Just DON'T buy from this company. They are not trustworthy. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I will be a lot more careful about who I buy from in the future!

This company should not be allowed to Trade. Ordered shoes which are smaller than size ordered. No Return address available and they don't answer emails. I would give this ZERO as a rating

Just received my sandals. Absolute junk! They are made in China and wouldn't be fit for a charity shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Everything do not deserve one star. Total plastic rubbish and never in a million years orthopediac sandals.

I’ve sent photos of these sandals and they still say I must send back to china they say they have no return labels. Is there anyway we can get this firm to do what is right. I am disgusted with the whole thing and feel people like this should be banned from selling any goods

Sandals sent were cheap,nasty and they did not fit, they were stated to be leather, look and feel like plastic. When eventually got an answer to request for return address was told would have to pay return postage to China or I could take advantage of one of their offers which meant purchasing another different two pairs. Having wasted a lot of time and effort I think I will have to write the £33.00 off as experience not to purchase anything from a company which is reluctant to give details of address
