Terrible! Paying a monthly subscription for years and only print about 3 pages max a month when my subscription allows for 50 pages, sometimes I go for months without needing to print anything, but th... See more

I bought an HP envy 6100e printer and…
I bought an HP envy 6100e printer and have never had such difficulty setting it up. It has taken me three hours to get it going. It took an hour to fit the cartridges as I am disabled and my hands don't work very well but I managed my previous hp printer which had a much easier slot in method for the cartridges. And why do we have to go online? Why can't we just plug and play as we used to do.? The website was very hard to follow. Why can't we just have a nice simple printed guide?
HP9120e Includes NO ink
I turns out that my HP9120e printer comes with NO ink. They offer a "free" Instant Ink three month trial, but it turns out that if you don't pay to continue they disable any ink you have including the cartridges that came with the printer! You have to send ALL cartridges back and then go buy new ones or you can't use your printer. Scanning also FAR from intuitive.
Dysfunctional HP app.
I bought an HP Deskjet 2800e in May, about three months ago. I downloaded the HP Smart software onto my mobile phone. It seemed to work ok, far from ideal, sometimes it would print with no problems, other times it wouldn't print anything without a lot of frustrated button pressing on the phone app or the printer, turning on and off, pressing reset etc.
Today I tried to print and nothing happened! I then uninstalled the app and tried to download it again only for a message to appear telling me that my phone did not support the app!!
No explanation as to why my phone can no longer support the app.
I would return the printer to the shop I bought it from but I no longer have the receipt.
Very irritating.
Never ever again would I buy a HP…
Never ever again would I buy a HP printer, there cartridges are so expensive there plan starts of at 5.90 a month for 10 pages it’s a joke, to buy a ink cartridge without a plan is 37.00 pounds for 100 pages, I bought non hp ink cartridge and they have the printer blocked I can’t use it, if I had known this when I bought it I wouldn’t of bought it a new printer that is no good to me now, stay away from HP printers
I will never buy a HP printer again
I will never buy a HP printer again. There is always something wrong. when I wan't to print something, af few days or weeks after the last print, the printer is oflline, and I have to figure out what it is this time. When I install a cartridge things go wrong. And the helpdesk is managed by Kafka's nemisis.
Printing shouldn't be that hard.
can't bother to elaborate.
HP 2700 series
HP 2700 series, a hate magnet for good reason
This is the worst printer I've had since an Epson which I threw out of the house. I'm about to do the same with this one. HP Smart is anything but, wireless NEVER worked but the worst thing is the cartridges which run out after printing about ten pages and cost a small fortune to replace at the same time as constantly being bombarded with hard sell of their subscription service. I just want a reliable printer I use maybe once a month for a fair price but no. HP's 2700 series is designed to make you fork out hundreds of pounds a year for cartridges, whether you use them or not. This is going in the bin, the trash, out of my house. Never buy HP printers, nor Epson. Not sure what is left.
HP ENVY 6020e
Since HP upgraded my 2700 Printer with the HP ENVY 6000 I have to call majority of the time just so that I can get the Printer to work. Even though I put yesterday date it has been an ongoing issue since last year.
Since early April, I have been trying to get HP to stop charging me for an Ink subscription.
I have been trying to get HP to stop charging me for an Ink Subscription since early April. After IVRs, Dropped calls, etc. I finally disputed the charges and we'll see what happens. BTW, I just bought a new Dell Laptop. Considered HP... NOT!
HP PRINTERS ARE WORSE THAN CRAP !
If I could ZERO stars, I would ~ do NOT buy an HP printer !
It seems you have to download HP Smart in order to correctly set up your printer; however, you then cannot access the appropriate settings because they're all 'locked' !!
So I have a brand new printer that, on the 3 occasions I've attempted to print documents, I am unable to do so without spending hours trying to resolve 'issues' which aren't really genuine problems, just a sh*t set-up from HP from the off.
There are literally hundreds of messages on their chat support which all have the same issue with HP Smart, but which HP apparently cannot answer to give a suitable resolution to the problem.
I came here to vent at the utter pile…
I came here to vent at the utter pile of excrement that HP printers are and was heartening to see that the rest of the world agrees. I only wish it was possible to have a web browser that automatically warns against purchasing a product that is so clearly despised by everyone who has ever used it.
HP Envy Printer...Rubbish I hear you all cry out !
It's a minefield to get and HP Envy printing. HP SMart App doesn't seem to recognise any files other than PDF.
After several weeks of messing around every time I want to print, I feel like giving it the 'Float Test' and for those who don't know - it means throwing the printer of North Pier at Blackpool and see if it floats...Very disappointed with it and can't even finish the set up properly as many hundreds of others write to the online forum...Like many companies HP is sitting on it's laurels, having had a good run at sales and now being overtaken and trying to get ahead of the game with technology that they can't get to work...
If zu love yoir life dont ever buy anything from HP especly printer.
Fisqster, worst, printer and program in life. ELON PLS SAVE US AND MAKE SIMPLE PRINTER...
HP is stealing from their customers.purchased the HP deskjet printer for…
I purchased the HP deskjet printer for my occasional needs. I was dismayed that I was expected to sign up for ink refills on a regular basis. I planed to purchase those as needed. Not by subscription. Next I wasted almost all of the black ink trying to print a letter with a color photo. There were no instructions except for set up. Now I have an item that I need to print but HP wants me to subscribe to use their phone app.
I purchased the printer. I paid for the printer. But I can not use the printer without many extra costs . This is such a rip off.
- 5 Stars. Atrocious service
If i could give a minus star I would. The worst possible ordering experience and customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Please don’t use them. I ordered a new printer after seeing my mother in laws but the trouble I had with the order is unbelievable, customer service were absolutely atrocious and getting a refund just dragged on and on. Don’t do it. I went for a Brother printer instead from Viking, it arrived the very next day and is brilliant, far superior service than HP and I thought going direct would have been better than Amazon, Argos, Curry’s etc but how wrong was I
useless connection
Every time go to use my printer it does not connect...useless
DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICER!
I purchased a Hewlett Packard "all in one printer" directly from the company. The printer did not work. When I described the issue to a company representative, she admitted the printer was broken! I was told by the company representative that I would be charged for the printer if I canceled. I tried to speak to a supervisor, I tried to log a dispute and all was to no avail. No one returned my calls or addressed the issue. If ONLY I had purchased the printer from a local distributor, i.e., Staples, etc! I could have returned the printer for a full refund. Now the company wants to charge me a "cancellation fee". I have never used the printer. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue with the company unsuccessfully, I threw the printer in the trash. NEVER BUY FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE! Also, be advised that the "customer service representatives" who work with online customers are committed to resolving issues in favor of the company. They are not employed to resolve issues that favor the customer. Most probably, they work on commission.
if i could give no stars i would
if i could give no stars i would. My printer just stops working on a regular basis, trying to get it back on the wifi is ridiculous. it would be quicker and easier to just write the document out by hand. what an absolute waste of time and money.
Bought a new HP Deskjet 2800e printer…
Bought a new HP Deskjet 2800e printer that wouldn't connect to any device. Previous printer was fine but bulky as it was used professionally and I wanted to downsize after retiring so sold it. Phone connects without issue to printers in local library, post office, corner shop etc so just shows it's the HP brand as phone also connects to a different brand in the local computer shop. Took this piece of HP CRAP back for a refund, bought another brand everything now connected first time, Lesson - don't bother with HP
