I purchased 2 speakers in March 2024 and in May 2024, one of the speakers had a problem.
As far as the product goes, it's a very good speaker. I bought a pair and the sound is rich and deep, especially with both of them on.
My problem is one of the charging ports is loose, so it becomes difficult to charge.
I contacted for a replacement, which they agreed to once new stock had arrived.
That was the last I heard from them. All emails get bounced back undelivered.
Maybe they have gone out of business or do not honour warranties.... Either way, I'm left with one of my speakers that is very fiddly to charge..... wonder how long before I'm unable to charge altogether.

Quality of Sound was immaculate, even on a lower volume you can still get clear sound and bass.
Customer Service was great, any query I had was solved efficiently and effectively in a really professional manner.
Delivery was excellent only had to wait 2 day from the date of my order.
Overall I really love this speaker and the whole service with it, highly recommend !!

Wow this is amazing quality and a great size to carry around! The sound is so crisp and has a lot of base which I really enjoy so I can hear every layer of a song. Don't think twice just get one, can't wait to use this in the summer when I'm hosting!

Got this speaker 2 weeks ago and I’m still shocked to hear how one speaker can be so loud!!. Everything about this speaker is perfect The volume is extremely loud and even the base is perfect. The speaker is really 360 in sound, it came with an aux cord so I connect it to my old television so when I’m watching action films I hear it all around the room. Everything is touch screen and one of my favourite features is I can still speak on the phone while it’s connected to the speaker. Definitely best value of money!!.

Very good speaker easy to use not hard once out the box , the bass on the speaker itself is also excellent 10/10 for those who love bass and very durable with the hours of power it holds

This is the best speaker i’ve ever used. I love a this speaker because it’s bass enhanced and portable. I literally use it every day and night, i know my neighbours are tired of me lol

The speaker I got oh my days absolutely amazing it’s like I’m in the music if one speaker is this good, imagine having the both on top of that the speaker quality is insane and I love music and these speakers have made me enjoy music even more. Another thing shipping wasn’t long for me and the customer service was absolutely incredible love love love the speaker that I got definitely going to get another one soon!!

Great customer service with quick responses to questions. The speakers are powerful and have strong bass as promised. Bluetooth is easy to connect to my phone and just started playing, basically starts working as soon as you pull it from the box. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! :)

I’ve had my speaker for almost 3 years now and the quality is as great as ever, the bass is amazing, even on the lowest volume setting.

The quality and the conditions of the speaker are absolutely amazing, they are very loud which I love and all for a very reasonable price.

This speaker provides a wide range of volume and base as promised. In addition, having the feature of connecting the speaker through Bluetooth to another one which is highly beneficial in cases of wanting your music to spread around a wide space.

Speaker is powerful and the bass is enchanting and i would recommend to customers to buy the speaker or even get two for the price.

That speaker is a game changer with the bass booming like a mini sound system in a dance it gives me nostalgia of hearing good quality music. From when i turn it on it makes a nice landing boom effect to show me its a serious system. This is definitely my forever go to speaker and im wondering why this is not top 5 from all the speakers that is on the market. This is definitely filled with high power‼️‼️‼️
