I’m not seeing an invoice on my account for use of a car park. Emailed and awaiting response and very concerned having read reviews that this company is a potential scam and takes penalty payments etc which are not valid. I’d like to pay for the one off parking I used the company for and close account which is proving difficult

My first experience parking at a location managed by Hozah Parking Control was positive. Despite hearing numerous accounts of overcharging, the process was smooth and hassle free, with automatic payment deducted easily.

I set up and registered my vehicle and card on the app for Festival Place in Basingstoke and assumed everything was ok. I visited the car park on 25th November and again today 8th December, assuming system was working. I got home today and found I had a fine for the 25th November… ! There is no way to speak to anyone at Hozah and no apparent way to pay if you leave and discover app has not taken the charge, so I assume I will get another fine. This feels like a scam and would advise anyone NOT to rely on the app if at all possible. I have messaged Hozah but I don’t have much hope…!

Still not offered a refund despite numerous requests. They took money out of my account even though I contacted them twice in advance to cancel a permit. To be fair, they replied to an email after a few weeks...but no offer of a refund. No response to the question I asked either.

I was charged too much for my parking while I was a guest at a hotel. I have emailled Hozah multiple times via different emails to request a partial refund. They have ignored all of my emails, despite sending evidence and proof of all receipts.

I put the wrong car details in and have been trying to contact them its been over a week and have not had a response. I prefer having a ticket to pay instead of automated systems.
I have emailed 4 times and nothing. Why do they not have a phone number to contact them which also frustrates me

Great easy way to pay for regular parking but im at the stage where I need to cancel. I have emailed/messaged 4 times, I recieve the auto reply but have had no contact from them. They have taken another payment out of my bank 😡 Very poor customer service!!

I visited the Festival Place car park in Basingstoke in the morning for 30 mins, I paid and exited. My wife visited late afternoon for an hour. She was charged for the whole day. I've chased repeatedly for acknowledgement of the error, and once acknowledged I've had to chase for the refund, which after a month has still not been resolved.

I’m still awaiting a response from this totally useless company. I’ve sent four messages through their ‘support’ portal - all I get is an automated reply and no action. Despite buying an annual parking permit they are taking parking fees from my card and sending emails saying I’ll be fined if they can’t debit my card

All good so far. Got email when we arrived after registration of the car for the first time. Checked the app after leaving and was showing on invoice within 10 mins, so was pleased with experience so far.

Went to the ticket in question and nothing had been added. I responded with what further info is needed and a few days later still no response so now I have the stress of wondering if I am going to get a parking invoice that I am going to have to waste my time in appealing.
EDIT.
After responding to my review here the following day I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Sorry state of affairs when a review is answered quicker than a support ticket.

It’s so easy - log your bank details against car registration and the rest takes care if itself - drive into the car park - reg is picked up automatically and your account is charged according to car park tariff

Paid for a parking ticket at Livingston Outlet mall, carefully read all the (abundant) signage to make sure I had the right information. Evidence of payment through banking transaction to Hozah Parking. Got fined £100 anyway; unable to dispute as car was a rental. Quick search online shows I am not the only one fined at this particular car park, despite having paid.

I have been in contact with customer service and no reply as of yet. I parked in the Marlowes shopping centre on Saturday paid for my parking which I have evidence of. I went back to town today ( Tuesday 18th November) and my car is still registered as being in the car park since Saturday and is showing my bill as £41 I can not unregister the car so my bill will just be going up and up!! Please can someone reply to me with immediate effect to sort this. Thank you

I put comments on Trustpilot for this company. They replied and said if I gave them details they would sort the matter and be in touch. That was about 3 weeks now. I gave them all the details they requested and I am still waiting for a response from them ! Just a joke. Nobody ever gets in touch you just get a response saying they have received the email..... They are not interested in reimbursing people.
