I cannot express my thanks for the way Hoxton Wealth (HW) has dealt with my pensions portfolio. At first, I was a little skeptical about HW, having previously received poor pension advice. However, both Robert Moore and Leanne Gibb soon put my mind at ease. There was no pressure, and I was given time to think things over prior to making my decision. All the costs were upfront and there were no additional surprises. In addition, Robert and Leanne are not only accessible should I have a question, but they have also managed to seamlessly consolidate all my pensions into SIPPs, which has been my wish for many years. Hoxton made the pension transfer from another provider seamless. They came up with well thought out proposals and carried out what is a heavily regulated process very well. Ravi was excellent, as the lead, diligently explaining the process and dealing with the numerous questions. Ravi is very customer focussed and will always reply very quickly or arrange a call if required. He is very knowledgeable in the personal finance area and my investments have done well. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I contacted Hoxton Wealth 14 months ago requiring advice on managing 4 UK based pension funds. I am retired and living in France and very cautious. My advisor, Aaron Stevenson, patiently analysed my situation over several calls and we worked on options that may be suitable. At no point was there any rush or pressure to go down a path that I was not comfortable with. I decided to proceed with amalgamating my investments into a single UK International SIPP. Aaron and his team held my hand efficiently through the paperwork and comms involved and after 6 months it was all done. I have just carried out a 6 month review with Aaron, the new portfolio has performed well, exceeding my expectations and we have discussed future risks and opportunities. Hoxton helped me secure my non-dom tax code for the UK and I could not be happier with the service Joey, Zain, George and the team provided. I am the first to confess I was a little circumspect, being familiar with less reputable wealth advisers in the market.
