Made an order, 3 weeks later was still trying to chase up what was going on.
Multiple emails and phone calls later with promises about delivery which never happened.

Previous order was also delayed and was only notified after I contacted them.

Certainly wont be using this company again. My dog doesn't really like eating air.

Great as always.
Puppy meat is mixed ready to freeze.
My Blue Heeler enjoys it with greek yoghurt and a few biscuits.
No preservatives or add flavours.
Keep up the great work.

Customer service is fantastic, you know exactly when the meat is going to arrive.

I have never experienced such bad customer service…. They delivered half my order then after me chasing them up about it they assured me my order would arrive the following week; it did not so again I had to chase this up. I finally got the 2nd half of it, not delivered by a refrigerated courier and I was home when this delivery arrived and it was warm.
(I had paid for my order upfront)
They claim to be a cheaper option for your pets food.
Yes that is correct.
You might get what you pay for I would not recommend this company at all.
I am still waiting on another replacement order which they said they would give me after I lost a full order from them due to their faulty sealing machine; I have contacted them but are now ignoring me. I have emails to backup my review

Your Wild kangaroo blend is just fantastic, it is always beautifully packed and smells so fresh. I have one dog who has alergies and he thrives on your food and has a very shiny coat, no itchy scratchy and is happy and healthy.
