Refundable Tickets

Worst service ever, if a zero rating was possible that is what I would give. Struggling since 21/10/24
They advertise refundable tickets in cases of emergency, you pay extra for these tickects and when you request a refund based on your emergency they decide that your emergency is not an emergency
Letting go of a R100/ R200 tickect maybe, but loosing a R4000 ticket is not acceptable.... Then they even restrict you from reselling your tickect...

They have advised that the reasoning of booking a secondary, conflicting holiday is not covered within the agreed T&Cs. The organiser, who is at liberty to allow a "special refund" has also opted to deny it. As a good gesture, we have refunded you 25% of your ticket, from Howler directly.

The worst ticketing agent!

The worst ticketing agent!! Extortionate booking fees and not equipped to handle high traffic volumes. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. No regard for their customers and don't feel any shame to overcharge for booking fees despite have the worst site out there.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you feel this way. Please note that the booking fees are set by the organiser - not us! The organiser is the one who will benefit from the feedback around high booking fees.

Regarding high traffic volumes, during launches (and other expected times, like when ticket downloads open) we scale our servers to accommodate high volumes. Sometimes this is up to 25 000, or more!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.
I have been contacting them for months about reimbursing two tickets at KAPPA FUTUR FESTIVAL in Turin, money nowhere to be see and they don’t even reply to the emails anymore.
Terrible service.

I bought 3 tickets to the Corona…

I bought 3 tickets to the Corona Sunsets Festival World Tour - Cape Town via the howler website. (howler.co.za) - which was postponed due to windy weather. Howler then issued a statement which said they will be sending out communication on the 19th April 2024 to process any refunds. This email never came through. I've tried contacting them, via email and via the website regarding the refunds, they simply don't respond. They changed their name on Instagram and removed all their posts regarding the event. I have taken screenshots of their posts. We need to lay a charge on this company, I have all the evidence. This is crime and they are committing *****, this 100% a ****. They owe me a total of R1830. I've logged a ticket to process the refund as per below:

The worst ticket provider

The ticket provider is really bad. You can't do anything with your ticket—no selling, no refunds, cancellations, nothing. Many people are losing money due to their poor customer service.

Howler refuses to refund my 50€

I went to Rolling Loud Portugal Jul 5 – Jul 7 and topped up 50€ on my cashless wristband. I didn't end up using any of the balance and now can't withdraw because i missed the 4 day window for cashout.

Although Howler state on their website that they have a 30 day window, these terms doesn't count for Rolling Loud events. I spoke to customer service and that was when i learned that the terms on their website differ for each event.
