We used the South Croydon branch. Bev was an absolute star, she completely revised the plan we had in mind for our new kitchen to a far superior one. All through the process she was helpful and supportive.

Issue not resolved from November 2023.
Constant dishonesty and unprofessionalism.
Would not recommend or use again.

I went to Harrow Branch, it was very friendly & extremely helpful staff. Reasonable prices and Great choice of quality products.

We recently had our kitchen designed and supplied by Howdens of Yaxley Peterborough. Dom Clarke came and did the design and we were invited to the store to have a look at the computerised drawing. Such an amazing experience and would recommend their service.
The quality of the kitchen is exceptional.

Quite frankly a shambles. Didn’t measure the laundry room properly. Items missing from the order and what was ordered had bits missing from the delivery, that I had to collect. The paint finish on the chilcomb units was poor on around half the fronts. Howdens local rep visited, agreed they need to be replaced due to poor finish and they had had this before, yet next day head office get in touch stated it was just the natural wood grain effect. The grain clearly hasn’t been sprayed properly and the primer below shows through like black lines. Raised this over 2 weeks ago and still not resolved. Not rocket science when half the fronts are perfectly fine. Customer services don’t even call back when they promise or keep you updated. Heading towards legal route at this rate as fed up living with a half finished kitchen.

We have recently replaced our kitchen, the service we recieved from Howdens of Peterlee was second to none. Charlotte helped through from design, choosing worktops, cabinets, doors, sink and white goods. We loved the personal touch. Product quality is excellent, delivery was informed and quick. The kitchen came with a 25 yr guarantee. She was not only patient but listened to what was important to us and gave us a beautiful functional kitchen in a very small space. I would highly recommend and thankyou Howdens Peterlee for our lovely kitchen

Andrew Castell, the salesman, was excellent - knowledgeable, obliging, efficient, very pleasant to deal with

Having been in business forever 20 years it was so refreshing to deal with such a helpful friendly team, nothing was to much trouble sorting my problem in no time.

we went into Southampton howden's was met by this lovely guy at the front desk, his name was tommy. he helped us pick out our dream kitchen and was very knowledgeable, tommy was great help in picking out what worktops, i would recommend using howden's at southampton if in the area.

Well what can I say. Rob and the team at Howdens Coldhams Lane Cambridge have given us the best customer service ever. Always there to answer questions and Rob has gone out of his way to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Will definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking for on the ball customer service.

Nothing was too much trouble and throughout the whole process Becky kept us up to date with all matters
All the staff were so friendly and any changes we wanted to make were done very efficiently
Becky ensured our requirements for delivery were dealt with perfectly and Becky and her staff were extremely professional throughout the whole process

We’ve ordered our new kitchen from the Stirchley branch of Howdens, Billy from sales has been one of the most helpful & accommodating sales guys we’ve ever dealt with, and nothing has been too much trouble! very professional and very courteous at all times, despite us chopping & changing.. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the future.

Had my beautiful kitchen designed by Rachel at Howdens Tamworth. We were abroad at the time and had to communicate via telephone to agree on colours, design etc. Rachel was superb,she was efficient, friendly and kept me updated on everything.
