Evolutionary corporate procedures and defaulting to apps and such like is, however, a step away from the personal touch is of no added benefit or value.

Excellent Service
After our current home insurance company doubled our premium despite there being no claims or changes we tried Howden who also provide our holiday let insurance. Katie Renham was extremely helpful, provided an excellent policy at less than last year's premium and was very patient with our numerous questions (we couldn't believe the premium quoted it was so good but it does cover everything our old policy did!).

I had my renewal quote which…
I had my renewal quote which surprisingly enough was the same as last year, which I might add I still find expensive considering I am at a pension age and clean licence with 12+ years ncd...still after getting a cheaper quote I called again to say I can get it cheaper, Howdens then agreed to lower my original quote,.only by £50 but a saving nonetheless. I gave 5 stars for communication, help and politeness whilst renewing my van insurance
