Annual renewal of our home and car insurances dealt with very promptly and efficiently as before, all documents readily available online. Kimberley Phillips very helpful in response to phone enquiries and payment. We've been with Howden at Macclesfield for several years and always happy with the service provided.

Generally from year 1 (2023), there were issues at every turn. But Howden did everything under one umbrella and though not the most competitive, were reasonable. But communication and administration were unfortunately quite shaky most times. And staff turnover hindered continuity hugely. However, would have given 2 stars if not for an EXCELLENT, HARDWORKING agent who was one of the few at the company for the 3 years we used them. Many thanks to PIOTR SUCHARSKI !!! - polite, competent and reliable !!! If not for him on the GIT and other parts of what we needed, Howden would have lost our business after the terrible mixups from the first month! Whatever they are paying this man, he should receive more!
