My experience with how2cxl was great thanks to Liza Perez she was very informative. I felt like I knew her forever. She was very caring and considerate to my situation and helped me to understand what I could do and what I would have to do moving forward. In August of 2024, I was manipulated and scammed into signing documentation into buying a Sapphire Timeshare I wanted no part of but was tricked into.

A month went by and I later received Title and Escrow paperwork, stating I was responsible financially monthly, yearly and for the next 60+ years for a timeshare I didn't even know the terms to, until a month later getting the documents in the mail.

I was so scared and lost and asked my attorney who I should call, he gave me HOW2CXL info and once I called they were able to take my case on right away.

HOW2CXL gets 10k inquiries per month and can only accept 200 new clients monthly. I felt honored and beyond blessed for them to accept my case.

From the moment HOW2CXL took on my case I felt at ease that the experts were taking over to get me my FREEDOM BACK from this nightmare of a Timeshare.

HOW2CXL charged me $125 monthly charge to get me out of this NIGHTMARE. I only had to pay them for one year exactly and then 12 months later got notice that we WON my case and it was all due to HOW2CXL!

They were nice easy and friendly every step of the way, and even though we hardly ever spoke over the phone it was all email correspondence which was actually nice because we never had to have multiple conversations regarding the case. This also insured me that I have all correspondence proof through emails on my end, which gave me piece of mind, through this process.

HOW2CXL made this PROCESS SMOOTH, EASY, and QUICK. (I'm sure time to resolve case is a case by case basis.

I wish there was more people like her that tell you the honest truth, and mean what they say out of all the companies I spoke to the only one that I reached out back to after I got out of my timeshares, which unfortunately wasn’t with her company, but I got out with my company. The only one I called back was Liza only because she was honest and told me what I really wanted to hear and that means a lot. God bless you LIZA and you guys our bosses her CEOs her supervisors should be very proud of her. She did an amazing job in talking to me and being honest again thank you very much. LIZA God bless.

Angela and her team worked diligently to remove me from my financial obligation to GEVC timeshare. Angela promptly responded to my email and was highly professional throughout our phone conversation. She answered all my questions and made the process very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

Rik calls and explains all their services and says they’re going to send a Docusign to engage them. Their fee is $3950. He tells me that he needs my credit card info before they can send the contract to review. He says “legal won’t allow it”. The contract apparently will have my payment info on it. Crazy! This started sounding like the high-pressure tactic that got me into my timeshare to begin with! Something didn’t feel right. Felt sketchy. Would not recommend.

Update: Well, well, well! Upon doing further research, it turns my particular timeshare — Vistana — has a FREE exit if you’re current on tour maintenance fees. Rik said he was “very familiar” with Vistana, but failed to be upfront about Vistana’s Exit/Re-sale program. Why would you not mention that, Rik? Is that why you had such a high-pressure sales pitch? Quit trying to rip people off. They’ve ALREADY been burned once when they purchased the timeshare. Do better How2CXL.

They help with all the way I thought I will never get help but they called me and help me every step Brigitte is amazing helped me understand everything and fixed my mistakes and showed how to cancel my timeshare and not loose more money thanks Brigitte.

Brigitte Fink was amazing! I accidentally mixed up the time zones for our call, but she was so understanding and kind about it. She didn’t make me feel bad at all and still took the time to help me out. Truly a class act!

I had gotten myself in a bit of a situation and didn’t know what to do to get my money back, But with the help from Liza she had given me the steps on what to do and had been very helpful and nice. At the end of it all I got my money back within two days and I’m very happy🤗

I can’t say enough good things about Brigitte Fink. Even though we didn’t end up moving forward, she was genuinely one of the kindest and most down-to-earth people I’ve talked to in this whole process. She treated me like a real person, not just a dollar sign, and took the time to really listen and explain things in a way I could understand. You can tell she truly cares about helping people. If I ever do need help in the future, I’d 100% work with her without hesitation.

I am filing this complaint regarding a company operating under the names HOW2CXL Inc. and HowToCancelMyTimeshare.com, located at 1 E Broward Blvd, Suite 625, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

The company quoted me a $13,000 fee for timeshare-cancellation services — an amount that is grossly inflated and inconsistent with industry norms.

Before any agreement was signed, I was presented with a “Non-Disclosure / Non-Disparagement Agreement.” That document attempted to prohibit communication with attorneys, regulators, or other companies and included penalty clauses of $10,000 – $20,000 for alleged breaches.

I did not sign this agreement and declined all business with HOW2CXL. The company’s tactics appear to violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.).

I respectfully request that your office investigate this company for deceptive and unfair trade practices.

Brigitte was very helpful and answered all my questions. I hope to be able to continue to do business with her and not get passed around like some companies.
