I bought this for Christmas, sadly broke within the first hour and yet to receive any response from customer service. Absolute scam company, you can get better value ones for a fraction of the price.

Item arrived faulty so I contacted them via email and by the contact support link. I have contacted them three times now over three weeks snd have yet to recieve a response.
Very poor.

Unresponsive Customer Service
Unresponsive Customer service! I ordered 3 Orb as Christmas presents and one was faulty. I emailed them at the beginning of January, after chasing 3 times I received a response, however I have been waiting another 3 week and still not resolved and I have not received a replacement.
