I wanted to cancel my order even though…

I wanted to cancel my order even though it had been processed. It was all ready for collection by the delivery company but as it hadn’t been picked up yet, they were able to cancel the order and gave me an immediate refund. Excellent service.

Very bad customer service

AVOID!!!! Update.. they asked me to return the hoverboard and kindly paid for postage. This was 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t confirmed they’ve got it or what they are doing? Sounds like they’ve LOST THE HOVERBOARD and now won’t return my messages! Very bad customer service. Still waiting for a response from 3 emails sent!! Hoverboard has broken twice now and we just want our money back. They did fix it the first time, but we had to pay for postage, and now they’re just not responding at all.

I messaged company before ordered the cart
And gave my parents caravan address
They said it would be delivered the next day when in fact after i placed the order it wasnt actually delivered for 5 working days

We have seen that you have left us a negative review which we are not happy about it. You placed order with us on the 3rd, around past 1 but the courier driver did not show up as we don’t have power over them. We had to drive 45 min to help you drop off the parcel direct to there depot . It takes time to get your order out and we have to test your order to make sure they are working perfect. It was sent out on Friday 4th, most courier don’t do weekend delivery but we make sure it was delivered on Monday morning for as we even paid over £15 to make sure you get it in the morning.

I will be glad if you can change your review to 5 star for us.

It has used mark and the box is not packed properly. The Bluetooth is not working and even the battery.

My daughter loves her new hoverboard…

My daughter loves her new hoverboard and go kart attachment.

Minor moans: The horizontal slots that the Velcro straps go through to attach the kart to the board are too narrow and will fray beyond use sooner rather than later.

The LEDs on one wheel arch stopped working after a day.

Apart from that, it seems good quality and we struggle to get her off of it.

Best in town

A very good, honest and successful company for sales of hoverboards, the staffs are patient and understanding and the products are safe, secure, has good quality with a very good price. I'll recommend it to anyone. Really a pro🤜

First rate from start to finish

The service from these guys is first rate!
They knew I needed the board and cart quickly for my grandsons 10th birthday after being let down previously by another company.
I ordered it at 4:30pm and it arrived as promised at 9:30am the next day!
Throughout the process, the guys kept me up to date with tracking details, photos of packing slips etc and links to the delivery company.
They then checked that I had received the item and that I was happy - Which I was - Obviously!
I can't fault them, I will definitely either use them in the future or recommend them to those who need their services

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Hoverboard lasted just over a week before stopping working. Company impossible to get hold of - doesn't answer phone calls or emails. Untrustworthy - avoid! Will be taking this further.

Items recieved in expected…

Items recieved in expected parameters..Initial impression,items unprofessionaly packed.opening the first package confirmed initial impression,suspected these goods were repackaged returns.The polystyrene packaging broken off in places,accessories jumbled around in the box,also three recessed shapes in the polystyrene not clear what they held and appeared there were no proper manuals..very disappointing as this was a promised birthday present with no time to return to suppliers..
Opening the second package revealed the same,items loose jumbled in the box..intention to complain to the seller,not yet done due business pressures..
