I sent for a sample of the worktop I liked the look of and it arrived really quickly. Being able to look at it in situ with the tiles I've chosen was really good - and I will be buying from them.

Ease of purchase, speed of delivery, good customer service.

Asked for a particular worktp sample which was very good and enabled me to see if it would possibly suit my kitchen. Still trying to make my mind up.
May order a different sample from you soon as well.

USER FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT THE PURCHASE PROCESS. FIVE STARS DON'T DO THIS COMPANY JUSTICE,

The worktop was ok but I was expecting 27mm thick and end was reduced 24mm for 200mm.good job I only needed 1800.other than that it is fine.

House of Worktops was the cheapest supplier that I could find for oak worktops and the process went smoothly. The delivery team arrived within the timeslot allocated, although the slot started at 6:50am and I waited until 8:20 for them to appear. For many people this wouldn't have been a problem, but the delivery address was 30 mins from my house, so it was a needlessly early start.
The worktops themselves are "fine", but they're not as well finished as walnut tops I've bought in the past. They needed fully sanding to remove roughness and splinters. They both had a good side and an unusable side, so there's less flexibility when picking which grain colours and patterns you prefer to have visible.
Overall I'm happy with the value, but being honest it wasn't a five-star experience.

Samples arrived on time, lovely quality. Just need to decide now

They managed to supply me with a style that another company said had been discontinued. This meant my ongoing works could be completed with the original design.
Odering was simple delivery was great and the worktop is good quality.

Customer service was exceptional for me with House of worktops. I made my first call to enquire, on that first call the adviser was soo helpful went above and beyond by taking measurements from me and provided me with quotes. The adviser sent me free samples just so I was happy with my colour choices. Based on that helpful worker I decided to purchase my worktop and splash backs.

Not so impressed by the delivery or packaging. The website makes a big thing of their 2 man delivery but mine arrived by Fed-Ex, 1 guy, badly packed and one corner damaged.
Fir the cost of delivery I had expected better.

Great communication and interactions with Bella and Irene from House of Worktops. Sample delivery is great and we have found our winner. Just waiting for the kitchen renovation dates to place the order.

Prices are much more reasonable than when you go to a kitchen specialist "all-in-one" package.

Got the worktops at last all correct sizes. even got the spare bits.

Very helpful company. Only one minor issue in that the initial phone call I made appears to have been with someone in a foreign country who promised to call me back on a specific date but didn't. Instead, I had to call them again and got through to their UK office. Just seemed a bit disjointed. Very prompt and efficient delivery of samples though and the sample quality is excellent.

ordered some samples, they came quickly nicely packed & house of worktops kept me updated every step of the way. i will be putting in my order asap for new worktops.

We went to the showroom in London Colney and picked up some samples of the compact laminate. Once I had chosen what we wanted I placed an order online, asking for quick delivery date. I phoned the company to make sure they could do this. The items arrived on time (I had several emails and messages advising me of the exact time of delivery) and the bevelled edge I had asked for was done. Very pleased with the way this looks in my new bathroom.
