Very impressed with my worktops. A little bit of confusion when ordering over all parties understanding the drawings and sizes etc. Delivery was delayed twice due to problems with their CNC cutting machine but this can happen to any company. Not a major problem as the worktops were for a property we had not yet moved into.

Just ordered sample, quick and efficient, will be ordering worktop within the next month. If the sample was anything to go by, excellent.

Do not buy a wide island worktop from this supplier.

My solid oak island worktop appears to have been manufactured from two sections joined together and split along the centre joint several weeks after installation. The worktop was fully supported by the cabinets underneath with no overhang.

The supplier’s position was that the split resulted from the installation and the lack of a T-bar reinforcement. However, no written requirement for a T-bar was provided, and I have been unable to find any such requirement in the supplier’s published installation guidance.

The supplier did refund the oiling service following a separate issue, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement regarding the failed island worktop. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this supplier for a wide island worktop.

The oak worktop arrived and it was exactly as drawn with beautiful rounded corners, a sink cut-out and draining board grooves as ordered. Considering we have never fitted a kitchen before by ourselves (! :o) it looks amazing and we are so pleased with the end result. The first check of the CAD drawing that was sent to us after ordering revealed an error on our part, but it was quickly corrected. A new drawing was sent for us to re-check to make sure we were 100% happy with it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Delivery guys were great, couldn't get near our house because of dustccart so had to walk worktop a fair distance and still smiling.

My wife and I looked around at oak worktops available nearby but were not very impressed by the quality or looks.
We decided to buy the Full stave deluxe oak worktops from House of Worktops after reading online about them and we are so pleased we did.
I am not a joiner and at 67 years old installing a new kitchen was a bit daunting but the finished result is magnificent.
The worktops are amazing and i was kept up to date with the delivery time, the two guys were great and placed the worktops carefully in the house.
I would certainly recommend this company if you want quality and service. Thankyou

Good service

I gave 5 stars as overall pleased with the worktop and customer service. Be aware though that you need to closely check the worktop for any imperfections which you believe to be unacceptable BEFORE cutting or installation - as per their T&Cs - which I didn't read! Fortunately majority of imperfections were in the area that was to be cut out to accept the sink/drainer. When contacting Customer Services regarding this they were quick to respond and resolved the one imperfection that was still noticeable after installation.
