Great service from start to finish, we’ve used House of Windows in the past and had no problems with them at all, this time was exactly the same, they walk you through the process checking your measurements with you, once ordered you have time to make any adjustments before they’re put into production, delivery was free and came sooner than expected and you’re kept informed and the drivers are extremely helpful. All good, we got there in the end
The unit arrived on time.
It is built to a great spec.
However, the communication following the issue with one of the components could have gone better. I figured it out in the end, but had their responses been clearer/more specific, it would have saved me a lot of hassle.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m pleased to hear that your order arrived on schedule and that you’re happy with the build quality and specifications.
I also want to apologise for the frustration regarding the component issue. While I’m glad you were able to get it sorted, it’s clear our communication didn't meet the standard you deserved. Your feedback about being more specific and clear in our responses is incredibly helpful, it’s exactly what we need to hear to ensure we save future customers that extra hassle.
We really appreciate your patience and your business. If there is anything else you need please don't hesitate to reach out.
