I am really surprised at all 5 star review. Did not work out in my case. Reason for one star is not the product, which was crap, but customer service. They will not answer when reported bad product on web page or telephone call. Nothing. What good is one year replacement warranty. They might offer life time since they want do anything anyway.

FAST AND EASY
What made my experience great was how easy everything was. Your site is easy to navigate and very well set up. I was able to find my ink in no time, get it ordered and paid for in less than half an hour. It must've been shipped immediately because two and a half days later my ink cartridges arrived in the mail.
After reading some negative reviews, mostly having to do with people's printers and their inability to "see" the new ink cartridges. I had no such problems with my HP 3400 series officejet. It not only saw the, but was printing me a test page in moments.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSE OF TONERS!

Great experience
Great experience, this was not my first order. The ink for my printer came quickly, is so much less expensive and works well. Besides having to push a few buttons verifying is was not an original cartridge, there were no issues. It even seems as if the ink cartridges has more ink and lasts longer than the office supply store cartridges.
